    Details
    Goods to be transported:

    • AGO (Diesel)
    • LPG (Liquefied Petroleum Gas)
    • CNG (Compressed Natural Gas)
    • PMS (Petrol)

    Responsibilities

    • Transport goods to & from different locations across different states
    • Deliver goods in a timely & efficient manner while ensuring safety on the road
    • Ensure the proper loading & unloading of goods
    • Conduct daily inspections of the truck to ensure road worthiness & safety
    • Follow route plans & adhere to delivery schedules
    • Comply with all safety rules of the employe on & off the job
    • Monitor & report any mechanical defects in the truck to the maintenance department

    Accountant

    Responsibilities

    • Perform general accounting & other related duties in the accounting department
    • Prepare periodic (monthly) balance sheets, income statements, & profit & loss statements
    • Maintain the general ledger
    • Code invoices, set up new accounts, reconcile accounts & close the monthly books
    • Reconcile bank accounts monthly, verify deposits & address inquiries from banks
    • Reconcile customer accounts & manage accounts receivable collections
    • Verify payment of invoices associated with accounts payable & ensure payments are charged to the appropriate accounts
    • Provide auditors with assistance; collect necessary account information & documents to perform annual audit
    • File required tax forms & other financial obligations
