    Customer Experience Officer

    Responsibilities

    • Communicating with customers across various channels
    • Acknowledging & resolving customer complaints
    • Processing orders & requests
    • Helping clients make up their mind on items to purchase
    • Cross-selling & up-selling products & services
    • Overseeing deliveries of orders to customers
    • Ensuring customer satisfaction & ensuring professional customer support.

    Requirements

    • HND / Bachelor's Degree
    • Excellent communication skills
    • MUST have 1 - 2 years relevant experience as a Customer Experience Officer, Customer Service Executive or a related role
    • Social Media savvy. Must be proficient in the use of Instagram
    • Customer service-oriented
    • Proficiency in CRM software is an advantage
    • Attention to detail
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint
    • Possessing sales skills (cross-selling & up-selling) is an advantage.
    • Female
    • MUST reside around Bodija
    • 22 - 26 years old.
