    Recruitment Officer

    Responsibilities

    • Collaborate with consultants and clients to understand the specific requirements for each role.
    • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to identify top talent.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and executive search.
    • Conduct initial candidate screenings and assessments.
    • Manage and maintain candidate databases and records.
    • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients.
    • Provide regular updates and feedback to clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
    • Assist in the development and implementation of employer branding initiatives.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and executive search.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • 2-3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related role.
    • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques.
    • In depth knowledge of full cycle recruitment process
    • Track record of filling key positions in fast-paced organizations
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.

    Associate HR Consultant
