Job Summary

• Dreams Placement Hub (DPH) is a dynamic subsidiary company specializing in recruitment, talent placement, and human capital solutions. We partner with organizations to identify, attract, and place top-tier talent across various sectors.
• We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our growing team at DPH.
• As a recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle and ensuring successful placements and long-term client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with client companies to understand hiring needs and define role requirements.
• Source qualified candidates through job boards, social media, talent databases, networking, and referrals.
• Write and post engaging job descriptions on various platforms.
• Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates based on skill set, experience, and cultural fit.
• Match candidates to suitable job openings and coordinate interview processes with clients.
• Maintain candidate databases and applicant tracking systems (ATS) with up-to-date information.
• Stay current on industry trends, labor laws, and labor market changes, and competitive salary benchmarks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 1–3 years’ experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a similar HR role.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage candidates and build client relationships.
• Familiarity with ATS tools and online sourcing techniques (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.).
• Ability to work on multiple roles and meet hiring deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working in a recruitment agency or placement consultancy.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies aligned with business goals.
• Create and publish engaging content (text, image, video, stories, reels) across various platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
• Plan and execute social media campaigns, including paid ads and influencer collaborations.
• Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
• Track and analyze key performance metrics (KPIs), prepare monthly reports, and make data-driven improvements.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, best practices, and emerging platforms.
• Manage and grow online communities and followers.
• Handle social media crises or PR issues when necessary.
• Able to generate Leads and conversions from the prospect audience for the business.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree / HND in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related fields.
• Proven experience (2+ years) as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, Google Analytics).
• Proficient in graphic design tools like Canva, Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) is a plus.
• Experience with social media advertising and influencer marketing is an added advantage.
• Basic video editing skills for reels and TikTok.
• Knowledge of SEO and content marketing.
• Crisis management and community moderation experience.
