We are seeking driven and results-oriented Realtors to market and sell our pineapple farm land located at Ago-Iwoye, Ogun State. This opportunity is strictly performance-based, designed for professionals who are confident in their sales ability and motivated by uncapped earning potential rather than fixed monthly salaries.
If you can sell, you earn — there is no ceiling to your income.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Market and sell Davidorlah farm land to prospective clients
Identify and generate leads independently through networking and referrals
Conduct property inspections and client site visits
Negotiate and close property sales in line with company pricing and policies
Maintain strong client relationships before and after sales
Provide regular updates on leads, inspections, and closed deals
Represent the company professionally at all times
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in any field
Minimum of 1–3 years experience in real estate sales or property marketing
Proven ability to close deals independently
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated, target-driven, and disciplined
Must be comfortable with commission-only earnings
Existing client base or network is an added advantage
