    Program Officer

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Program Officer to support the planning, implementation, and monitoring of Youth development programs.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Design, coordinate, and implement programs and projects
    • Monitor program activities to ensure timely and effective delivery
    • Prepare program plans, budgets, and progress reports
    • Coordinate with partners, stakeholders, and field teams to ensure program success
    • Track program outcomes and support impact evaluation
    • Maintain accurate program documentation and records
    • Support compliance with donor and organizational requirements
    • Identify challenges and recommend improvements to program delivery

    Qualifications & Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Public Health, Social Sciences, Project Management, Development Studies, or a related field
    • Minimum of 3 years relevant work experience in program coordination, project management, or NGO operations
    • Strong organizational, planning, and reporting skills
    • Excellent communication and coordination abilities
    • Ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders
    • High level of integrity, accountability, and attention to detail.

    Partnership Officer

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Partnership Officer to strengthen strategic relationships and drive collaborations.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Raise Funds
    • Identify, develop, and manage partnerships with corporate bodies, NGOs, government agencies, and donors
    • Build and maintain strong, mutually beneficial relationships with partners and stakeholders
    • Support fundraising, sponsorship, and resource-mobilization initiatives
    • Draft partnership proposals, MOUs, and collaboration agreements
    • Represent the Foundation at meetings, events, and partnership engagements
    • Monitor and report on partnership activities and outcomes
    • Work closely with internal teams to align partnerships with organizational goals

    Qualifications & Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Social Sciences, International Relations, or a related field
    • Minimum of 3 years relevant work experience in partnerships, business development, fundraising, or related roles
    • Proven experience managing external stakeholders and strategic partnerships
    • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills
    • Excellent proposal writing and presentation abilities
    • High level of professionalism, integrity, and organizational skills.
