    Water Treatment Specialist

    Purpose of Job

    • To manage and operate the water treatment systems to ensure a consistent supply of high-quality water for production processes, while complying with environmental regulations and maintaining efficient and safe operations.

    Principal Accountabilities

    • Operates and monitors water treatment systems, including filtration, chemical dosing, and purification processes, to ensure a continuous and reliable supply of high-quality water for production processes.
    • Conduct regular sampling and testing of water quality parameters to verify that water meets required standards and specifications.
    • Performs routine maintenance and minor repairs on water treatment equipment to maintain optimal performance and prevent equipment failures.
    • Maintain accurate logs of water treatment operations, including test results, and maintenance activities to support compliance and facilitate continuous improvement.
    • Identify and resolve issues with water treatment systems promptly to minimize downtime and enhance continuous operation.

    Job Requirements

    Education:

    • Minimum requirement: Minimum of an ND in a Science-related field.

    Added advantage

    Experience:

    • Minimum requirement: 1 - 2 years of experience in a lab or as a WTP operator.
    • Must reside within the Apapa/Mile 2/Surulere axis.

    HSE Officer

    The HSE Officer ensures compliance with ISO 45001 by implementing HSE policies, conducting inspections, identifying risks, and fostering a safety-first culture through training and ongoing operational monitoring

    Job Details

    • Conduct regular inspections and audits of the shopfloor, equipment, and processes to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
    • Ensure compliance with local and international HSE standards, as well as company policies.
    • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry-specific safety regulations and implement necessary updates.
    • Supervise risk assessments for all production operations, including welding, cutting, lifting, and material handling.
    • Collaborate with teams to develop and enforce safe work methods and procedures.
    • Lead investigations into accidents, near misses, and hazardous occurrences to determine root causes.
    • Prepare detailed reports and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
    • Organize and deliver HSE training programs tailored to activities, including fire safety, PPE usage, and handling of heavy machinery.
    • Conduct toolbox talks and awareness sessions to reinforce safe work practices.
    • Ensure the availability, proper usage, and maintenance of safety equipment and personal protective equipment (PPE).
    • Plan, conduct, and evaluate emergency response drills, including fire evacuation and first aid.
    • Maintain accurate records of inspections, incidents, risk assessments, and HSE training sessions.
    • Compile and submit regular safety performance reports to management.
    • Advocate for continuous improvement in safety standards and foster a proactive safety culture among employees and contractors.
    • Engage with employees at all levels to address safety concerns and encourage safe behaviours.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree/HND in Engineering or related field
    • Minimum of 3 years relevant experience
    • Possess strong knowledge of ISO 45001:2018, and qualify as an internal auditor.
    • Reasonable knowledge of relevant HSE principles.
    • Must reside within the Apapa/Mile 2/Surulere axis.

    Telesales Officer

    Responsibilities:

    • Contact and engage prospective clients through calls, messages, and follow-ups.
    • Promote company products to generate qualified leads.
    • Maintain accurate client records and track progress toward sales targets.

    Requirements:

    • Minimum of OND/HND in Marketing, Business, or related field.

    • Prior experience in telesales, marketing, or customer service is an added advantage.
