    Production Coordinator

    Key Responsibilities

    • Production Planning: Collaborate with department heads to plan and schedule production activities based on business needs.
    • Team Coordination: Assign tasks and supervise production staff to ensure operations run smoothly.
    • Quality Assurance: Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
    • Resource Management: Manage inventory levels and ensure the availability of materials and equipment required for production.
    • Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve any issues or bottlenecks in the production process promptly.
    • Reporting: Maintain accurate production records and generate reports for management.
    • Process Improvement: Suggest and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
    • Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies and industry regulations.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Proven experience in a production or operations coordination role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
    • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with various teams.
    • Proficiency in production management software or tools is an advantage.
    • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and process improvement.

    Chief Security Officer

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and enforce policies and procedures to ensure physical security across all locations.
    • Oversee access control, surveillance systems, and security personnel to prevent unauthorized activities.
    • Manage the selection, training, and performance of in-house or third-party security teams.
    • Conduct regular risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and implement corrective actions.
    • Coordinate and lead emergency response planning and crisis management efforts.
    • Ensure compliance with local and international safety and security regulations.
    • Monitor and evaluate security technologies and recommend upgrades as needed.
    • Prepare and manage the security department budget effectively.

    Qualifications

    • Bsc/HND
    • 5+ years of proven experience in physical security leadership, especially in a senior role.

    • Exceptional leadership and communication skills to manage teams and liaise with stakeholders.
    • Experience in the hospitality industry is an advantage.
    • Relevant certifications (e.g., CPP, PSP, or equivalent) are a plus.

    Financial Accountant

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Financial Reporting: Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
    • Budget Management: Develop, monitor, and analyze budgets and forecasts for effective financial planning.
    • Accounting Operations: Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger activities.
    • Tax Compliance: Ensure timely and accurate preparation of tax returns and compliance with tax regulations.
    • Internal Controls: Develop and implement effective financial controls to safeguard company assets.
    • Reconciliation: Conduct regular bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies promptly.
    • Cost Analysis: Monitor and analyze operational costs, identifying areas for cost optimization.
    • Audit Management: Coordinate internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards.
    • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless financial processes and provide guidance on financial matters.

    Qualifications and Skills:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
    • Professional certification such as ACA, ACCA, or CPA is highly preferred.
    • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in accounting, preferably in the hospitality or service industry.
    • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
    • Strong understanding of financial regulations, tax laws, and compliance requirements.
    • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
