    Product Line Manager

    What We Want

    • We are seeking an experienced and strategic Product Line Manager (PLM) to lead our DrillingnCompletion Fluids (DCF) division.
    • The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of product line management from technical planning and blending operations to logistics, warehousing, and client service delivery, ensuring performance excellence and compliance with international industry standards.
    • This leadership role combines technical expertise with strong commercial acumen, driving business growth by aligning DCF product offerings with evolving market demands.
    • The PLM will champion quality, operational efficiency, and cost optimization, while mentor a high-performing technical team and ensuring effective cross-functional collaboration.

    What You’ll Need

    • A professional with over 20 years of drilling fluids experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership position, and a degree in Chemical or Petroleum Engineering.
    • Proven expertise in formulation, blending operations, inventory management, and business development within the oil & gas sector is essential.
    • Experience working with leading international service companies (such as SLB, Baker Hughes, or Halliburton) will be a strong advantage.

    PPS (Pipeline & Process Services) Operations Manager

    ROLE OVERVIEW:

    • LIBROD is seeking a technically proficient and operationally driven PPS Operations Manager to lead our Pipeline & Process Services activities across Nigeria.
    • The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating all PPS projects, including precommissioning, decommissioning, nitrogen/helium leak testing, cleaning, hydrotesting, dewatering, drying, and maintenance operations.

    Essential Qualifications/Experience:

    • Minimum of 15 years of experience in completion and well intervention operations, including at least 5
    • years in a senior management position.
    • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering preferred; Petroleum Engineering or related fields considered with equivalent experience.
    • Proven expertise in sand control, packer systems, liner hanger installation, perforating, and Smart, upper/lower completion design.
    • Strong operational background with international service companies such as SLB, Baker Hughes, Halliburton, or Weatherford.
    • Demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams, manage complex operations, and deliver results in challenging environments.
