We are seeking an experienced and strategic Product Line Manager (PLM) to lead our DrillingnCompletion Fluids (DCF) division.
The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of product line management from technical planning and blending operations to logistics, warehousing, and client service delivery, ensuring performance excellence and compliance with international industry standards.
This leadership role combines technical expertise with strong commercial acumen, driving business growth by aligning DCF product offerings with evolving market demands.
The PLM will champion quality, operational efficiency, and cost optimization, while mentor a high-performing technical team and ensuring effective cross-functional collaboration.
What You’ll Need
A professional with over 20 years of drilling fluids experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership position, and a degree in Chemical or Petroleum Engineering.
Proven expertise in formulation, blending operations, inventory management, and business development within the oil & gas sector is essential.
Experience working with leading international service companies (such as SLB, Baker Hughes, or Halliburton) will be a strong advantage.
