ROLE OVERVIEW:

• LIBROD is seeking a highly skilled Coil Tubing / Stimulation Operations Manager to lead and manage all aspects of our well intervention and stimulation operations in Nigeria.
• The successful candidate will oversee service quality, field performance, personnel development, and project delivery for coil tubing and stimulation activities, ensuring operational integrity, HSE compliance, and technical excellence in every execution.
• This leadership role requires a strong combination of technical field experience, strategic operations management, and team leadership, driving performance, reliability, and profitability across the product line.

RESPONSIBILITIES

What You Will Do

• Plan, coordinate, and manage coil tubing and stimulation operations to ensure safe and efficient execution.
• Supervise field and engineering teams, ensuring adherence to company standards and client specifications.
• Oversee job design, pre-job planning, and post-job analysis to optimize performance and service quality.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives focusing on cost efficiency, equipment utilization, and service reliability.
• Ensure full compliance with HSE, quality, and maintenance standards across all operations.
• Manage operational budgets, manpower allocation, and asset readiness.
• Mentor and develop technical staff, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and teamwork.
