    Sales Manager

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking a highly motivated, strategic, and results-driven Sales Manager to oversee sales operations, drive revenue growth, manage  business development activities, and lead the Company’s sales team toward achieving organizational goals.
    • The ideal candidate must possess strong managerial ability, digital marketing knowledge, leadership capability, revenue-generation expertise, and sales proficiency, with practical experience in P2P (Peer-to-Peer) business/transaction operations and client relationship management.
    • The candidate must demonstrate the ability to identify market opportunities, close business deals, manage customer relationships, and drive measurable business performance.

    Key Responsibilities
    Sales & Revenue Generation:

    • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue generation.
    • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by Management.
    • Identify and convert leads into paying clients and business opportunities.
    • Drive contract closure, partnership opportunities, and client acquisition.
    • Monitor market trends and competitors to identify growth opportunities.

    Leadership & Team Management:

    • Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales and marketing team to achieve performance goals.
    • Set performance targets and ensure accountability across the sales team.
    • Conduct staff coaching, mentorship, and performance reviews.

    Digital Marketing & Lead Generation:

    • Identify strategic opportunities within digital and financial ecosystems where applicable.
    • Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships.

    Business Development & Client Relationship Management:

    • Conduct client presentations, negotiations, and business meetings.
    • Maintain excellent customer relationship management to ensure repeat business and retention.
    • Follow up on leads, proposals, and business opportunities until closure.

    Reporting & Performance Monitoring:

    • Prepare sales reports, performance analysis, and market intelligence reports.
    • Monitor KPIs and recommend strategies for improved performance.
    • Ensure proper documentation and tracking of sales activities through approved systems.

    Job Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Management, or related fields
    • 3–5 years proven experience in Sales, Business Development, or Sales Management.
    • Strong leadership and managerial skills.
    • Demonstrated ability to drive revenue and close sales deals.
    • Practical understanding of digital marketing strategies and lead generation.
    • Experience in P2P business/transactions is an added advantage.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
