    Procurement Officer

    Job Summary

    • The Procurement Officer supports the Procurement Manager in executing the company’s purchasing activities from sourcing suppliers and obtaining quotations to processing purchase orders and tracking deliveries.
    • The role ensures timely and cost-effective procurement of raw materials, packaging, and other operational items, while maintaining accuracy, compliance, and strong vendor relationships.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Prepare and process purchase requisitions and purchase orders in line with company procedures.
    • Support in negotiating terms and conditions with vendors under the guidance of the Procurement Manager.
    • Track and follow up on purchase orders to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
    • Verify received items for quality and quantity before documentation and handover to requesting departments.
    • Maintain a database of approved vendors and update records regularly.
    • Assist in evaluating supplier performance based on quality, cost, and delivery metrics.
    • Ensure all procurement documentation (quotations, LPOs, invoices, receipts) are properly filed and recorded.
    • Support in resolving supplier issues, delivery delays, or payment discrepancies.
    • Assist in analyzing procurement data, preparing periodic reports, and highlighting key variances or opportunities.
    • Liaise with Finance for invoice verification and payment processing.
    • Collaborate with Warehouse, Production, and other departments to align procurement with operational needs.
    • Support in forecasting material needs based on production schedules and stock levels.
    • Perform other duties as may be assigned by the Procurement Manager or management.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree or HND qualification in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
    • 3 - 5 years of experience in procurement, preferably within an FMCG or manufacturing environment.
    • Knowledge of raw material and packaging procurement will be an added advantage.

    Job Summary

    • The Internal Auditor is responsible for independently evaluating the company’s internal control systems, risk management frameworks, and compliance with policies and regulations.
    • The role ensures that financial, operational, and business processes within are efficient, reliable, and aligned with organizational goals.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute risk-based internal audit plans covering financial, operational, and compliance processes.
    • Conduct routine and surprise audits across departments, production facilities, warehouses, and sales outlets.
    • Assess the adequacy, effectiveness, and efficiency of internal controls in safeguarding company assets.
    • Verify accuracy and reliability of financial transactions, inventory management, and cost control processes.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies, statutory regulations, and industry standards.
    • Prepare and present detailed audit reports and outcomes highlighting findings, risks, and recommendations for improvement.
    • Advise management on risk mitigation, process optimization, and internal control enhancement.

    • Stay updated on changes in financial regulations, tax laws, and compliance frameworks relevant to operations.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
    • Professional certification such as ACA is a strong advantage.
    • 5-7 years of audit experience (preferably in FMCG, manufacturing, or a similar fast-paced environment).
    • Strong knowledge of auditing principles, internal control frameworks, and risk management.
    • High integrity, objectivity, and attention to detail.
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to identify process weaknesses and practical solutions.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, ERP systems, and accounting software.
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple audits simultaneously.

    Accountant

    Key Responsibilities

    • Prepare Monthly management accounts, quarterly and annual financial statements and reports.
    • Ensures bank reconciliation with cash book ledger on Monthly basis.
    • Manage the general ledgers, ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded and posted.
    • Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and fixed asset accounting.
    • Ensure compliance with accounting principles, tax regulations, and internal policies.
    • Support and coordinate with internal and external auditors.
    • Prepare financial information and documentation for tax filings and regulatory agencies.
    • Posting of customers and suppliers’ invoices on-time-real time.

    Requirements

    • A Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant field.
    • ICAN or ACCA membership.
    • A minimum of 5 years work experience preferably in manufacturing industry or FMCG Company.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills for preparing reports and interacting with stakeholders.
    • Proficiency in Accounting software and potentially ERP system (e.g Sage 300, QuickBooks).

    Production Manager

    Main Duties and Responsibilities

    • Plan, organize, direct and oversee the day to day operations of the production floor
    • Increase production, assets capacity while minimizing unnecessary costs and maintaining quality standards
    • Responsible for production process, output, product quality and timely transfer of products to inventory/sales
    • Allocate human and material resources effectively and fully utilize assets to produce optimal results
    • Monitor operations and trigger corrective actions when required.
    • Collect and analyze data to detect trend, areas of waste or for risk management purposes
    • Commit to factory safety procedures
    • Develop systems and processes that track and optimize productivity and performance targets to ensure effective return on assets
    • Develop processes to increase productivity and enhance performance
    • Prepare regular operating reports and budgets
    • Manage work scheduling and roster for full functionality avoiding gaps

    Education, Qualifications & Experience

    • A Degree in Food Science, Industrial Chemistry etc.
    • A minimum of 5 years work experience in a related position

    Job Summary

    • The Research & Development (R&D) Assistant Manager – Regulatory Affairs is responsible for overseeing the company’s product innovation, regulatory compliance, and audit processes.
    • The role leads efforts in new product development, packaging material innovation, and compliance with statutory bodies such as NAFDAC, SON, and ISO.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage all regulatory affairs related to product registration, renewals, and certification (e.g., NAFDAC, SON, ISO, etc.).

    • Minimum of 5 - 7 years’ experience in R&D, regulatory affairs, or quality management within the FMCG/food manufacturing sector.
    • Experience with NAFDAC, SON, and ISO regulatory processes is essential.
    • Proven track record in new product development and supplier quality management.
    • Strong knowledge of food regulations, quality standards, and documentation.
    • Excellent project management and analytical skills.
    • Creative approach to innovation and product improvement.
    • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
