Summary

• Our client is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Manager to oversee financial operations and support strategic business growth.
• The Finance Manager will be responsible for managing all financial activities, providing strategic financial insights, and ensuring the overall financial stability of the organization.
• The ideal candidate is analytical, proactive, and capable of guiding leadership in sound financial decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
Financial Planning & Reporting:

• Prepare and present accurate financial reports with actionable recommendations.
• Analyze costs, pricing, profit margins, and performance versus financial plans.
• Develop financial projections and trend analyses to support strategic decisions.

Financial Operations & Compliance:

• Maintain the financial health of the organization.
• Oversee finance department operations, set goals, and implement effective frameworks.
• Manage budget preparation and monitor compliance with approved budgets.
• Liaise with auditors to ensure proper financial monitoring and compliance.

Strategic Advisory & Risk Management:

• Provide expert advice on investment activities and financial strategies.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and assess financial risks.
• Partner with internal departments to review business plans and align future initiatives.

Process Improvement:

• Ensure all financial processes comply with statutory standards and regulations.
• Recommend improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and transparency.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (BS/MA preferred).
• Professional certification (CFA, CPA, ACCA, ICAN) is an added advantage.
• Proven experience as a Finance Manager or in a similar senior finance role.
• Strong background in financial analysis, budgeting, and financial planning.
• In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and statutory regulations.
• Proficiency with finance/accounting software and MS Office tools.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to lead and guide a finance team effectively.

Salary
N400,000 - N450,000 Monthly.
