    Pizza Chef / Maker

    Role Summary 

    • We are sourcing for an experienced Pizza Chef for our client who is going to be in charge of preparing pizzas from our menu or based on customers’ orders, baking of a wide variety of Pizza doughs and Preparing fresh tomato, pesto and making other dip selections.

    Duties and Responsibilies

    • Preparing pizzas from our menu or based on customer’s request.
    • Baking a wide variety of Pizza dough.
    • Prepare paninis, sandwiches, toasted sandwiches, and wraps from our menu or based on customer’s requests.
    • Preparing fresh pizza toppings and other dip selections.
    • Light up pizza oven.
    • Clean pizza oven.
    • Prepare and maintain fresh supplies for pizza toppings.
    • Assist other chefs or general kitchen assistants in any other duties as may be required.
    • Monitoring stock and resting orders as required.
    • Recommend new recipes to update menu.
    • Maintain a clean cooking station and sterilize equipment.

    Job Requirements

    • Work experience as a Pizza Chef and or working in a similar role in a restaurant.
    • Hands on experience with preparing and baking pizza dough.
    • Familiarity with professional kitchen equipment and pizza oven.
    • Available to work busy hours including weekends and evenings.
    • Sound knowledge of food health and safety regulations.
    • The ability to stand for extended periods.
    • The ability to work in a fast paced environment.
    • The ability to work as part of a team.
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
    • Effective communication skills.

    Kitchen Assistant

    Role Summary

    • Supports the kitchen team with food preparation, maintaining hygiene standards, and ensuring smooth operation in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Assist chefs with food preparation: washing, chopping, and portioning ingredients.

    Assistant Accountant

    Job Summary

    • Provides support to the finance department by processing transactions, maintaining financial records, and ensuring accuracy in daily accounting operations.

    Responsibilities
    Childcare Responsibilities:

    • Ensure equipment and play areas are safe and suitable.
    • Respond to emergencies and administer first aid if certified.
    • Assist with personal hygiene (handwashing, toileting, potty training, diapering).
    • Serve and feed the pupils their meals and snacks and washing their plates/cutleries/flasks etc
    • Cleaning their lunch area by sweeping and cleaning tables ready for classes
    • Comfort children and build trusting relationships.

    Education & Development:

    • Plan and lead engaging activities (art, music, reading, physical play).
    • Implement curriculum to foster early learning and exploration.
    • Introduce basic concepts like sharing, colors, and numbers through play.

    Routine & Environment Management:

    • Establish and maintain consistent daily schedules.
    • Keep classrooms and play areas clean, sanitized, and organized.
    • Prepare learning materials and set up the classroom.
    • Cleaning of instructional materials daily after usage

    Observation & Communication:

    • Observe and document children's progress, interests, and behaviors.
    • Identify potential developmental or emotional concerns and report them to Administrator
    • Communicate regularly with parents about their child's day and development.

    Behaviour Management:

    • Guide children in positive social interactions and conflict resolution.
    • Manage challenging behaviours with patience and effective strategies.

    Job Requirements

    • Minimum of NCE (higher degree is an added advantage)
    • Minimum of a year work experience in being an early years teacher
    • Effective communication skills (speaking and writing)
    • Good observation and supervision skills
    • ICT skills.
