Role Summary

• Supports the kitchen team with food preparation, maintaining hygiene standards, and ensuring smooth operation in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist chefs with food preparation: washing, chopping, and portioning ingredients.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including washing dishes, utensils, and equipment.
• Ensure all food safety and sanitation regulations are strictly followed.
• Set up workstations and restock supplies.
• Report maintenance issues to the kitchen manager.

Requirements

• OND / HND / B.Sc. in any relevant field of study.
• Previous experience as a kitchen assistant or in food prep is an advantage.
• Hardworking, reliable, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
• Should reside or be able to commute comfortably to Asokoro, Nyanya, or Maraba.
