    Personal Assistant

    Responsibilities

    • Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners
    • Providing administrative assistance, such as writing and editing e-mails, drafting offers, letters, drafting memos, and communications on the executive’s behalf
    • File electronic documents using various software; maintain an office filing system for paper documents
    • Facilitate executive communications by answering and directing phone calls to the correct party, taking messages, and distributing corporate correspondence appropriately
    • Provide administrative support, perform office duties, such as admin duties, ordering supplies and managing a strictly confidential records database
    • Organize corporate and personal events within and outside work premises, such as fundraisers, birthdays, funerals, exhibitions, seminars and sports get-together
    • Plan and coordinate travel arrangements, prepare itineraries, plan logistics, and submit budget and expense reports
    • Prepare and format internal and external documents, such as reports, memos, presentations, and invoice letters to be approved and used by executives as needed
    • Acting as a virtual assistant, answering phone calls in a polite professional manner and welcoming visitors and identifying the purpose of their visit before directing them to the appropriate Executive.
    • Supervise the work of staffas directed by executives to ensure a level of quality and professionalism in the office

    Education & Experience

    • Bachelor's Degree in any course of study
    • Minimum of 2 years of working experience as a Personal Assistant

    Knowledge & Skills:

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
    • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to keep confidential information.

    Farm Maintenance Coordinator

    Farm Maintenance Coordinator

    • We are looking for a reliable Farm Maintenance Coordinator to oversee all maintenance/repair of farm equipment, machinery, and vehicles of the company.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Be responsible for the maintenance/repair of farm equipment, machinery and vehicles.
    • Maintain milking equipment.
    • Assist in field operations.
    • Maintain irrigation equipment.
    • Coordinate all maintenance activities/operations on the farm.
    • Farm machinery and equipment repair/maintenance.

    Qualification / Requirements

    • Minimum of SSCE.
    • Have technical know-how in the repair and maintenance of Massey Ferguson Tractors, John Deere Tractors and Duetz Tractors.
    • The candidate must know about servicing and maintenance of Mikano Generators (York Engines).
    • Should be knowledgeable and have some experience in basic servicing of Telescopic Forklifts and Bobcats.
    • Fieldwork
    • Knowledge of basic maintenance of Balers, Mowers, rakes and Corn crushers is an added advantage.
    • Should be able to carry out basic servicing/maintenance of Irrigation equipment.
    • A good technical understanding of different farm machinery.
    • Have working experience with irrigation/ fieldwork.
    • Ability to repair/maintain farm machinery and equipment.
    • Good knowledge of farm machinery and equipment will be an added advantage.

    Competencies:

    • A minimum of 5 years experience with farm machinery and equipment maintenance.
    • An individual that can perform well in multiple outfield farm operations.
    • The ability to maintain irrigation equipment is an advantage.
    • A knowledge of milking systems/equipment will be an advantage.
    • Ability to work as an outfield worker.
    • Honest, hardworking, and motivated individual
    • Result-oriented and a smart team member.
    • Should be able to collaborate easily with other professionals to solve complex technical issues.
    • An individual that is open to learning.
    • Should have good technical knowledge of multiple farm machinery and equipment and how they function.
    • Should be able to work as part of a team.
