    Operations and Maintenance Field Technician - Electro Mechanical

    Role and Responsibilities

    • Handles the completion of service requests (preventive & corrective or emergency) on all electrical, mechanical or other assets assigned to him according to scope of work, typical as the following but not limited to:
      • Generator 10KVA to 1500 KVA, Automatic Voltage Regulator (AVR), Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS), In-Country Power Supply Transformers & LV Lines, Earthing System, Battery Backup System, Power Distribution Box, fuses, breakers, surge arresters, remote management
      • systems etc.
      • Servicing, decommissioning, installation, or integration of generators according to standard procedures and practices whenever it is required.
      • Electrical, mechanical, and civil components of the site including lighting system & commercial power.
      • Manages Site security and site access (where applicable).
      • Ensures that preventive or corrective maintenance is performed according to procedures and checklists agreed and all issues are permanently closed.
      • Proper cleaning and janitorial services of the sites and assets.
      • Decommissioning, installation, troubleshooting, and any fault in electrical or mechanical equipment.
      • Any other work assigned to from time to time according to scope of work.
    • Schedules and executes the preventive / routine maintenance jobs on all equipment under his/her assignment.
    • Handles emergency calls all time, pays attention to emergency call outs, fixes the problem of equipment, restores the service within SLA, follows up the issues till permanent closure, and helps to find root cause of problems and appropriate solutions.
    • Coordinates between NOC, immediate supervisor, IENG sections, client and other subcontractors for proper maintenance of own sites / electrical equipment.
    • Uses test equipment and devices on sites and analyzes test results.
    • Records and reports regularly all faults, deficiencies, and other unusual occurrences to the O&M
    • Coordinator using i engineering’s reporting formats.
    • Ensures proper care of all company properties such as tools & equipment, vehicle, mobile DG, accommodation.
    • Reports all incidents e.g. theft and litigation issues as per process and supports the O&M Coordinator, Site Security (where applicable).
    • Handles fuel delivery and consumption and supports the O&M Coordinator, Fuel for fuel management (where applicable).
    • Ensures fuel consumption of each site as per given CPH from Line manager.
    • Ensures each PM & CM activity carried out through M-ITSM & any other client software as well.
    • Ensures that all works being executed under his/her supervision conform the Client’s specifications and the approved drawings.
    • Ensures that all tools and equipment are in accordance with the engineering standards and specifications.
    • Ensures that all spares or consumables used during maintenance are of good quality and standard and be responsible for reconciliation as per process.
    • Understands all processes, works accordingly, and gives feedback for improvement.
    • Keeps record of inventory, problem history for all equipment under his/her control.
    • Coaches and enables other team members, checks standards of work executed, handles scope of the whole teamwork.

    Requirements

    • HND (Higher National Diploma).
    • Diploma in Electrical / Telecom Engineering.
    • More than 3 years of experience in similar field.
    • Must be a team player, flexible, defendable and punctual.
    • Proven ability to multi-task.

    Logistics Officer

    Duties & Responsibilities

    • Plan shipments based on product availability and customer requests
    • Track orders to ensure timely deliveries
    • Prepare shipping documents (like invoices and dispatch waybill)
    • Coordinate our supply chain procedures in the warehouse to maximize quality of delivery
    • Maintain updated records of orders, suppliers, and customers
    • Support the warehouse manager who oversee the levels of our warehouse stock and place orders as needed.
    • Provide information to customers about the status of their orders
    • Ensure customers receives their products in a timely manner and good condition
    • Sort out goods damaged in transit and inform responsible people on returns.
    • Ensuring timely receipt and posting of proof of delivery.

    Education / Knowledge, Skills, Attributes, Experience & Other Requirements

    • A Degree with three (3) years’ Experience in data mining, analysis and reporting, Familiarity with supply chain processes (e.g. Inventory planning, warehouse management), Working knowledge of MS Office, relational databases and ERP systems (Navision).

    Operations and Maintenance Field Technician - Rigger

    Role and Responsibilities

    • Ensures all RF and MW equipment are installed and maintained as per the requirement.
    • Ensures Feeder cable is free from any twist and break.
    • Ensures VSWR is within range and provides full support to the supervisor in case there was any variation in value.
    • Aids the supervisor in RSL value achievement.
    • Ensures check tower tilting and torque as well.
    • Ensures usage of rigging safety kit and keeps the tools always intact.
    • Enters new and updated clients’ information.
    • Takes all measurement before rainy season.
    • Handles additional responsibilities including troubleshooting, file back-ups, regular updating, and retrieval of data, as and when required.

    IMS Role and Responsibilities

    • Ensures the Subcontractor Penalty Scheme is communicated.
    • Ensures Risk Assessment is reviewed and updated at least once per year.
    • Conducts regular site inspections.
    • Reports any hazards or risks in addition to accidents/incident to QHSE department.
    • Be aware of and complies to the organization’s IMS Policy.
    • Abides by our local legal and client requirements.
    • Attends and engages in IMS awareness sessions.
    • Ensures that all IMS procedures are regularly followed and raises the issue when they are not.

    Requirements

    • HND, recommended to have IT certificate or graduation.
    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in data entry and analysis field.
    • Excellent communication skills - written and oral.
    • Basic Data analysis and interpretation skills.
    • Good Knowledge of computer operation, especially with MS office (No need for Computer management skills).
    • Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
