Chief Operating Officer

Job Responsibilities
- Design, implement, manage, optimize and strengthen day-to-day business operations, based on international best practices.
- Lead all Business Development and Strategy Initiatives in line with the vision of the CEO.
- Lead Market Research towards development of innovative and market changing products.
- Manage Partnerships, Collaborations and Counter Party Relationships
- Conceptualize and Implement Digital and Retail growth strategy for company
- Implement appropriate company policies and processes
- Support the Chief Executive Officer in Strategy Formulation and ALL Fund-Raising Initiatives.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of B.Sc / HND in Business Administration or related field
- 7-12 years of experience
- Experience handling deposit mobilization, fund management, investment management, fixed income trading and tech focused microfinance banks
- Previous work experience in finance and investment houses
- Demonstrable competency in strategic planning and business development
- Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities
Salary
N750,000 - N1,000,000 Monthly+ incentives.
