    Online Marketer

    Job Competency Requirements

    • Create engaging online content using PTWorld products and services, collaborating with various departments for social media posts.
    • Regularly update PTWorld’s status with products and services.
    • Act as an online sales representative, handling customer inquiries and sales.
    • Collect and manage data such as sales and repair dates to ensure proper follow-up and send messages to customers and staff.
    • Serve as a Customer Success representative by following up with customers after purchases to ensure satisfaction, utilizing the Customer Success Calendar.
    • Plan, follow up, and document minutes of PTWorld meetings to track goals and action points.
    • Organize and execute PTWorld campaigns in partnership with the media team (e.g., PTWorld’s Day).
    • Edit and proofread written content to ensure quality before posting.

    Required Skills and Qualifications

    • HND or BSc qualification with at least 1-year work experience as a Content Creator.
    • Female candidate is preferable
    • Strong writing and editing skills in English and excellent time management skills.
    • Must reside within the Oshodi, Agege, Ikeja, Iyana Ipaja, Abule Egba, or Oregun areas.

    Project Support Officer

    Qualifications

    • BSc. in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field with 1 year experience in graphic design and social media management.
    • Proficiency in social media management tools.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication, organizational and time management skills.

    • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
