    Head of Operations

    Job Responsibilities

    • Formulate business strategy with others in the executive team
    • Design policies that align with overall strategy and Implement processes and standards
    • Coordinate customer service operations and find ways to ensure customer retention
    • Ensure compliance with local and international laws (e.g. data protection)
    • Oversee the implementation of technology solutions throughout the organization
    • Manage contracts and relations with customers, vendors, partners and other stakeholders
    • Evaluate risk and lead quality assurance efforts
    • Oversee expenses and budgeting to help the organization optimize costs and benefits
    • Mentor and motivate teams to achieve productivity and engagement
    • Report on operational performance and suggest improvements

    Desired Profile

    • HND/B.Sc. Degree from a reputable institution
    • Proven experience as Head of Operations with minimum of 3 years relevant experience
    • Must have completed NYSC
    • Familiarity with all business functions including HR, finance e.t.c.
    • Experience with implementing IT systems


    Essential Soft skills

    • Ability to organize and track overlapping tasks and assignments, with frequent priority changes
    • Proven proficiency in Microsoft Office products, especially Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

    Administrative Officer

    Job Responsibilities

    • Reporting to management and performing secretarial duties.
    • Processing, typing, editing, and formatting reports and documents.
    • Filing documents, as well as entering data and maintaining databases.
    • Liaising with internal departments and communicating with the public.
    • Directing internal and external calls, emails, and faxes to designated departments.
    • Arranging and scheduling appointments, meetings, and events.
    • Monitoring office supplies and ordering replacements.
    • Assisting with copying, scanning, faxing, emailing, note-taking, and travel bookings.
    • Preparing facilities and arranging refreshments for events, if required.
    • Observing the best business practices and etiquette.

    Desired Profile

    • HND/B.Sc. Degree from a reputable institution.
    • Formal qualifications in office administration, secretarial work, or related training.
    • 1-2 years of experience as an Administrative Secretary would be advantageous.
    • Advanced proficiency in managing documents, spreadsheets, and databases.
    • Ability to liaise internally and externally on administrative matters.
    • Exceptional filing, recordkeeping, and organizational skills.
    • Working knowledge of printers, copiers, scanners, and fax machines.
    • Proficiency in appointment scheduling and call forwarding systems.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Exceptional interpersonal skills.

    Essential Soft skills

    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal).
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook and Data analysis).

    • Demonstrate good self-esteem and confidence.

    Renumeration

    • N120,000 – N140,500
    • HMO, Leave Allowance, 13th Months’ Salary, Performance Bonus etc
