    Recruiter

    Salary: N100,000 net

    Our client specializes in providing comprehensive HR solutions to companies of all sizes, across various industries. We bring expertise, innovation, and a client-centric approach to every project and help businesses succeed by optimizing their most valuable asset - their people.

    The Recruiter will play a critical role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for our clients across various industries. This position requires a keen understanding of recruitment processes, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to build lasting relationships with both clients and candidates.

    Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with clients to understand their recruitment needs and develop customized hiring strategies.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the recruitment process.
    • Utilize multiple sourcing channels (job boards, social media, networking, referrals, etc.) to identify qualified candidates.
    • Proactively build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
    • Review resumes and applications to assess qualifications and suitability.
    • Conduct initial phone and/or video interviews to evaluate candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
    • Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients, providing detailed feedback to both parties.
    • Assist in negotiating job offers, salary expectations, and employment terms.
    • Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and recruitment best practices to provide insights to clients.
    • Recommend innovative hiring solutions to address talent gaps.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidates, clients, and recruitment activities using an applicant tracking system (ATS).
    • Provide regular reports and updates on recruitment progress to internal and client stakeholders documents.

    Person Specification

    • Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
    • Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably within an HR consulting or recruitment agency setting.
    • Strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment processes.
    • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
    • Familiarity with various industries and roles is a plus.
    • Results-oriented and motivated by achieving targets.
    • Professional demeanour and ability to maintain confidentiality.
    • Adaptable to changing priorities and client requirements.
    • A team player with a collaborative mindset.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

    Accountant

    Salary: N350,000 (gross).

    Our Client is a property development and investment management company providing services such as Construction, Architectural Design, Investment Advisory, Property and Facility management & agency.

    As an Accountant, you will be responsible for maintaining financial procedures and systems, accounting, auditing, reporting, collection, accuracy, tax, budgeting, and working capital management for the Company.

    Responsibilities:

    • Provide appropriate and accurate accounting.
    • Provide appropriate cost control, and other financial management information to meet the needs of management, the board, and other recognized stakeholders. 
    • Provide overall direction in Accounting, Funds Management, and other Accounting strategies for efficiency. 
    • Ensure adequate preparation and rendition of financial reports to the management, Auditors, Board, and regulatory bodies. 
    • Ensure risk management and regulatory compliance on financial matters of the company.
    • Undertake tax management and planning to ensure tax efficiency for the company. 
    • Assist in the preparation of budget and monthly budgetary control reports. 
    • Relate with Account and Tax Auditors for annual audits. 
    • Prepare other ad-hoc reports as may be required to establish performance objectives and targets.
    • Substantiate financial transactions by auditing documents.
    • Maintain accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures.
    • Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information/invoices.
    • Secure financial information by completing database backups and protection.
    • Prepare payments by verifying documentation and requesting disbursements.
    • Maintain financial security by following internal controls, track transactions on balance sheets, and report any discrepancies.
    • Prepare asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
    • Document financial transactions by entering account information.
    • Recommend financial actions by analyzing accounting options.
    • Summarize current financial status by collecting information preparing balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other reports.
    • Develop, review, and improve financial policies for the protection of the company.
    • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

    Person Specification:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or any related field with a relevant license to practice as an Accountant in Nigeria.
    • 3 - 5 years work experience in a similar role with sound knowledge of accounting processes.
    • Proficiency in using popular accounting software.
    • Ability to ensure accounting policies and procedures are followed.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Strong ethical principles and ability to manage confidential and sensitive financial information.
    • Good written and verbal communication skills.
