We are seeking a seasoned and strategic Media Planner to join our OOH advertising firm. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing media strategies for High profile clients. In this role, you’ll manage the end-to-end campaign lifecycle while working closely with clients, creative teams, and media vendors to ensure successful campaign execution in the OOH space.
The ideal candidate must be a market expert in terms of media habits, consumer behavior, trends, and other marketplace nuances.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with creative teams and account managers to ensure seamless campaign execution.
Negotiate media buys and placements across traditional and digital platforms to optimize reach and cost-effectiveness.
Analyze demographic data and consumer profiles to identify OOH channel usage and psychographic habits of target to engage consumers across all touch points.
Set up and execute approved plans accurately, work cross functionally with clients and internal teams to develop OOH plans, which includes evaluation, analysis and alignment of client goals.
Monitor and evaluate campaign performance, making recommendations for adjustments as needed.
Work with media vendors to secure optimal placements and pricing.
Stay updated on industry trends, new media platforms, and emerging advertising opportunities.
Prepare and present media strategy reports to clients and internal teams.
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in media planning, preferably within an advertising agency.
Demonstrable experience planning various OOH formats across client categories
Proficiency in media planning tools, analytics, and reporting software.
Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, and email marketing.
Strong understanding of how digital marketing can complement OOH advertising campaigns.
Hands-on experience with content creation, social media management, and marketing automation tools.
Knowledge of website analytics tools such as Google Analytics and social media analytics.
Excellent writing, communication, and graphic design skills (basic knowledge of Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus).
