    Marketing Associate

    About the Role

    • As a Marketing Associate at Atinudah BrandCo, you will play a hands-on role in executing campaigns, supporting client accounts, and driving the day-to-day marketing work that keeps the agency running.
    • You’ll assist with content development, client communication, project management, and campaign reporting, learning how to build and manage impactful marketing campaigns from the ground up.
    • This role is ideal for someone with a strong creative instinct, digital marketing know-how, and a hunger to grow in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
    • You’ll work directly with the Marketing Account Manager and cross-functional teams (designers, strategists, and content creators) to deliver bold, culture-driven campaigns.

    Key Responsibilities
    Client & Campaign Support:

    • Support day-to-day client communication, task updates, and internal coordination
    • Help write briefs, gather campaign insights, and support creative brainstorming
    • Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and marketing proposals
    • Join pitch efforts and new client onboarding

    Content & Channel Execution:

    • Develop content calendars and rollout plans for social media, newsletters, and other digital channels
    • Draft copy for social posts, email campaigns, and marketing materials
    • Coordinate with design and content teams to ensure timely delivery of asset
    • Build and execute marketing strategies across digital, social, content, PR, influencer, and events

    Project & Task Management:

    • Track campaign timelines, deliverables, and revisions across multiple accounts
    • Update project trackers (e.g. Notion, Google Sheets) and follow up on outstanding tasks
    • Assist in planning campaign activations or client-related events

    Performance Tracking:

    • Monitor basic KPIs using tools like Instagram Insights, Meta Business Manager, and Mailchimp
    • Help compile campaign performance reports and highlight improvement area
    • Capture client feedback and support campaign optimizations

    Cross-functional Collaboration:

    • Work with Atinudah Studio (design/production) and Concepts (events) to bring campaigns to life
    • Attend client shoots, events, or activations when required to support execution

    Requirements

    • 1–2+ years of experience in marketing, advertising, or brand communication
    • Basic knowledge of digital marketing, content creation, and campaign execution
    • Strong writing and communication skills
    • Organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn quickly
    • Ability to multitask across clients and timelines in a fast-moving environment
    • Familiarity with tools such as Canva, Meta Ads Manager, Notion, Slack, Google Suite, Mailchimp, Hootsuite, etc.
    • Social media management or copywriting experience
    • Passion for culture, lifestyle, and the African creative economy

    Bonus If You Bring

    • Experience in influencer marketing, email marketing, or PR
    • Graphic design or video editing skills (even basic)

    Marketing Account Manager

    About the Role

    • As a Marketing Account Manager at Atinudah BrandCo, you will be the primary owner of client accounts, supporting in winning new business, and leading campaign delivery from insight to execution.
    • You will manage day-to-day client relationships, write briefs, develop strategy, and work with in-house teams to bring marketing campaigns to life across channels
    • This is a hands-on, high-responsibility role that requires strong marketing instincts, creative thinking, and sharp project management.
    • You’ll serve as the glue between clients, creatives, and the broader agency, ensuring marketing campaigns are impactful, on-brand, and delivered on time.

    Key Responsibilities
    Account Ownership & Campaign Management:

    • Lead assigned client accounts end-to-end: onboarding, brief writing, strategy, execution, and reporting
    • Write compelling creative briefs and manage timelines across internal teams (design, content, production)
    • Monitor project delivery and ensure output aligns with client expectations and brand strategy
    • Own day-to-day communication with clients and serve as their go-to marketing partner
    • Own key accounts end-to-end, from pitch to campaign execution to growth

    Client Strategy & Marketing Execution:

    Reporting & Performance Analysis:

    • Monitor campaign KPIs and client feedback using tools like Meta Ads Manager, Mailchimp, and PR trackers
    • Compile performance reports and present insights to clients
    • Recommend optimizations based on data and engagement metrics

    Cross-functional Collaboration:

    • Collaborate with Atinudah Studio and Concepts (events) teams to build integrated client campaigns
    • Align with in-house teams to ensure brand consistency across creative, content, and experiential output

    Requirements

    • 2–4+ years of experience in marketing, account management, or brand strategy (agency or client-side)
    • Proven track record managing and executing campaigns across multiple channels
    • Strong understanding of marketing strategy, creative development, and client service
    • Ability to write briefs, build marketing calendars, and coordinate end-to-end campaign delivery
    • Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills
    • Familiarity with tools such as Canva, Meta Ads Manager, Notion, Slack, Google Suite, Mailchimp, Hootsuite, etc.
    • Comfortable juggling multiple accounts and timelines in a fast-paced environment
    • Strategic mindset with attention to detail and ownership mentality
    • Strong understanding of marketing metrics, campaign KPIs, and client ROI

    Social Media Manager

    About the Role

    • As Social Media Manager at Atinudah BrandCo, you will own day-to-day social execution across multiple client accounts, working together with the account management team to translate strategy into scroll-stopping content, conversations, and community.
    • You’ll build content calendars, develop posts, manage scheduling, optimize performance, and actively engage online audiences to bring our campaigns to life.
    • This role sits at the intersection of content, community, and culture.
    • You’ll be responsible for managing client pages across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, YouTube, Facebook, and more, ensuring every post is on-brand, on-trend, and delivers results.
    • You’ll also support marketing needs from other Atinudah arms (e.g., Atinudah Concepts & Studio) and contribute to internal brand-building efforts.

    Key Responsibilities
    Content Execution & Community Management:

    • Develop and maintain detailed content calendars for client accounts and internal brands
    • Schedule posts across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Facebook, YouTube, etc., using native platforms or schedulers (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer)
    • Write post copy that’s clear, witty, culturally fluent, and aligned with brand voice
    • Ensure brand consistency across platforms, messaging, tone, look, and feel
    • Engage with communities: respond to comments, DMs, tags, and mentions promptly
    • Amplify conversations around clients by initiating and managing community-driven content (polls, challenges, UGC, Q&As, etc.)

    Platform & Performance Management:

    • Analyze engagement and reach metrics weekly, flag trends and growth opportunities
    • Create performance reports for both internal review and client presentations
    • Recommend content and community experiments based on platform trends
    • Stay updated on social platform algorithms, new features, and best practices

    Campaign Collaboration:

    • Work closely with Account Managers to interpret campaign strategy into content execution
    • Support creative direction and briefs for designers and video editors on social-first content
    • Coordinate with Atinudah Studio for photo/video content shoots as needed
    • Liaise with Atinudah Concepts for real-time event coverage and content deployment
    • Attend key client events, shoots, or activations to capture behind-the-scenes content
    • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., PR, influencers, email) for 360° campaign rollout

    Internal & Cross-Brand Support:

    • Manage Atinudah’s own social presence and storytelling, building thought leadership
    • Provide social media support for Atinudah Concepts (events), and Atinudah Studio
    • Contribute to social strategy discussions for client pitches and new business opportunities

    Requirements

    • 2–4+ years experience in social media management, content marketing, or community management
    • Strong understanding of platform algorithms, creative formats, and growth lever
    • Excellent writing, editing, and creative storytelling skills
    • Hands-on experience with Canva, CapCut, Meta Business Suite, TikTok for Business, and scheduling tools
    • Experience using Instagram Reels, TikTok, LinkedIn Carousels, X Threads, and YouTube Shorts
    • Ability to multitask across multiple client accounts and deadlines
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
    • Culturally fluent and highly plugged into trends across lifestyle, fashion, tech, and entertainment
    • Comfortable working with designers, photographers, and creators
