    Maintenance Executive

    About the Role

    • Moove is looking for an experienced leader with strong business acumen and an entrepreneurial attitude to be the Maintenance Executive, reporting to the Maintenance Manager.
    • As a proven result-driven person, the Maintenance Executive will be charged with effectively communicating with external stakeholders.
    • As a Maintenance Executive; you will be responsible to take calls from dealers and repairs facilities requesting authorisation to conduct maintenance; service and repairs on our fleet.
    • You are required to ensure that the work being done on these transactions is relevant and within cost targets. You are to issue orders and approve the invoices against these orders for final payments.

    The Opportunity

    • We are looking for a Maintenance Executive who will manage all projects, tasks, and deliverables within our Fleet Operations team and also be a representative and ambassador for the team across the company as well as to external stakeholders.
    • The ideal candidate for the role will be someone who is customer-oriented, and who also has good communication and interpersonal skills.

    What You’ll be Doing

    • Coordinate, schedule, and audit vehicle maintenance repairs, including preventative, mechanical, and electrical repairs to the fleet.
    • Take calls from suppliers seeking authorization to conduct maintenance and repairs.
    • Scrutinise supplier quotes to ensure optimal pricing in each market and ensure that maintenance done is valid and appropriate
    • Ensure quality, compliance, and safety of the company’s assets
    • Control and monitor repair costs (parts and labour) in line with the maintenance fund
    • Negotiate goodwill claims from OEM for repairs that are just outside of the warranty parameters
    • Process the Insurance claims in line with Policy requirements and report on them effectively as and when required
    • Ensure that all Insurance claims are completed expediently and vehicles brought back to operation in the minimum timeframe
    • Build, Manage, Measure, and Maintain relationships with Suppliers and Repair outlets to ensure that uptime of Fleet is maximised
    • Continuous Improvement mindset with respect to processes and systems to create efficiencies and synergies
    • Ad Hoc investigations and solutions as required from time to time

    What You Will Need for this Position  

    • Candidate must possess a High School Certificate.
    • Competent in Motor Mechanics
    • 4 - 5 years of fleet maintenance experience preferred.
    • Associates or Technical degree in Motor Mechanics would be advantageous
    • Hands-On Fleet Industry Experience is a must
    • Strong customer service and organizational skills required
    • Attention to detail is compulsory
    • Proficiency with computers including Microsoft Office; Google Office Suite and web-based applications preferred.

    City Security Liaison

    About the Role

    The Opportunity

    • We are looking for a City Security Liaison responsible for the security of Moove assets to ensure the safety of lives and assets. within our Operations team and be a representative and ambassador for the team across the company as well as to external stakeholders.
    • The ideal candidate for the role will be someone who is a Security expert and who also has deep networks within the law enforcement agencies.

    What You’ll be Doing

    • Handle recovery: apprehension, accidented/damaged, stolen vehicles
    • Overseeing the security of the warehouse
    • Supervising the mobile police officers and recovery drivers
    • Recovering vehicles from non-compliant drivers, accident scenes, and law enforcement
    • Preparing accident reports
    • Preparing apprehension reports.

    KPI's
    KPIs that will be measured after you start:

    • Turnaround time in resolving issues
    • Rate of vehicle recovery

    What You’ll Need for This Position

    • Degree in any discipline.
    • 7+ years experience with the law and enforcement agency (preferably the National Police Force or army).
    • Experience with the transportation industry is an added advantage
    • Possess great Microsoft Office skills.
    • Possess effective report writing skills.
    • Must be an excellent communicator.
    • Possess strong negotiation skills.
    • Possess great interpersonal skills.
    • Outstanding organizational skills.

    Cash Collection Executive (Lagos)

    About the Role

    • Moove is looking for a professional with excellent alertness, strong business acumen and an entrepreneurial attitude to be the Cash Collection Executive, reporting to the City Fleet Manager.
    • In this role, you will be engaging the driver partners to ensure their payments into the organization's account are more efficient, effective, and seamless. If you're detailed, tech savvy, proactive and innovative, with good interpersonal skill, this is the role for you!
    • The Cash Collection Executive will be liaising with the recovery team to resolve all issues of missed payments from driver partners, and be a representative and ambassador for the team across the company as well as to external stakeholders.
    • The ideal candidate for the role will be someone who is skilled in communication and who is knowledgeable in the use of MS Office Suites and Data Analytics. 

    What You’ll be Doing

    • Handling cash collection at the office for all driver partner Walk-ins with arrears
    • Engaging with Driver Partners to pay via digital channels to Moove account
    • Minimising office Walk-ins and pushing DPs to pay digitally
    • Working with other stakeholders (recovery team) in cases where cash payments are missed after multiple attempts
    • Educating the DPs who have high cash collection to pay at alternate channels of collection in the city
    • Daily crosscheck of ledger of cash received vs added to DP paid balance
    • Depositing cash collected daily to the required channel
    • Ensuring the DPs obey payment procedures as laid down by the company.
    • Ensuring the DPs are prompt with payments.

    KPIs that will be measured after you start

    • Cash arrears due vs cash collected %
    • Bad debt % of the city due to cash arrears not collected via collections and through security deposit
    • 100% cash deposit success to account
    • Reducing recovery cases via cash collection in case of high arrear thresholds
    • Overall collection % of the city
    • Daily retention targets as % of return Walk-ins

    What You Will Need for this Position
