    Lubricant Sales & Marketing Supervisor

    About the job

    What you’ll do:

    • Drive sales performance through implementation of sales and marketing initiatives, achieve targets.

    • Build and maintain effective relationship with key and potential clients, interacting with business partners and provide expert knowledge and support to ensure operational excellence and standard application of operating standards.

    • Monitor key accounts performance trends and determine appropriate actions to address any issues to optimize the business and deliver best-in-class customer service and compliance to credit policy.

    • Develop opportunities in local market for Asha Lubes and work towards controlling a large market share for Asharami Synergy.

    • Develop metrics-driven approach to evaluate sales & service performance through modelling, reporting and analytics.

    • Translate business goals and market insights into effective marketing strategies that deliver measurable impact on revenue.

    • Assist to develop strategies to expand the customer base and contribute to the development of the company’s brand.

    • Carry out market analysis on competition, gather market/sales intelligence in order to position Asha Lubes product accordingly and plan out sales' promotional activities properly.

    • Ensure the Key Performance Indicators for Volumes & Gross Margins are delivered as per plan.

    • Coordinate and facilitate the transportation and delivery of all lubricant's requests to customers.

    • Provide weekly and monthly report on stocks and marketing activities.

    • Attend to Adhoc duties as assigned by the Company.

    Government Relations & Business Development (GRBD) Supervisor

    About the Job

    • The GRBD Supervisor will be responsible for all interactions with local, state, and federal legislative bodies & government agencies to represent and protect the organizations business plans and interests.

    What you’ll do:

    • Build and manage professional relationships with all existing customers, prospective customers, governmental agencies/bodies and other stakeholders.
    • Oversee the process of statutory documentation and regulatory oil & gas license renewals with government agencies.
    • Research and monitor government activities that could affect the organisation’s business and clients
    • Develop and maintain an excellent understanding of the key customers/target audience to ensure that their needs are being met and that their business is retained.
    • Promote Asharami’s products/services to address and predict clients’ objectives
    • Collaborate with sales & marketing team to ensure requirements are met, such as sales numbers and profit goals.
    • Maintain a strong ethical relationship between Asharami and relevant institutions/ bodies with a view to ensure the long-term viability of the business.
    • Maintain effective corporate relationship with key stakeholders at the Federal, State and Local Government level.
    • Stay abreast of recent industry trends and seek opportunities that exist with government agencies
    • Provide support and advise leadership team in identifying and resolving issues with the relevant stakeholders
    • Perform Adhoc duties as advised by the company.

    Requirements

    • A University Degree in a Social Science course (Business Administration, Marketing etc.)
    • Minimum of 3 years of cognate working experience in a similar role
    • Excellent knowledge of the South-west’s (excluding Lagos) lubricants market.

    Rewards Analyst

    Job Description

    • Provide input for compensation surveys and analyze survey data as well as information collected from individual organizations, highlighting trends and issues for consideration
    • Implement existing bonus and incentive plans, and support with design of new incentive programs
    • Prepare pay propositions and communicate approved total reward offer for incoming hires.
    • Assist in the implementation and sustenance of non monetary recognition arrangements which will create and embed a culture of spontaneous recognition
    • Ensure that employee pay packages and payroll instructions are properly implemented and executed in line with policy
    • Effectively communicate Reward details and changes to employees as required
    • Prepare periodic Compensation reports to guide Executive decisions

    Requirements

    • 3 - 5 years specialized experience in Compensation and Benefits
    • Understanding of market survey techniques; ability to conduct and interpret compensation surveys;
    • Strong data analysis skills
    • Payroll Management is an added advantage
    • Ability to work collaboratively and be part of the broader team
    • High level of attention to detail
    • Ability to work with extremely confidential & sensitive data.
