Description

• As a Laundry salesperson, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue by actively promoting our laundry and dry cleaning services to potential customers.
• This role requires a proactive, enthusiastic, and customer-focused individual who can effectively utilize both social media and cold-calling techniques to generate leads and convert them into loyal customers.
• You will work closely with the service & retention team to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Responsibilities
Customer Acquisition:

• Identify and reach out to potential customers through a combination of social media, phone calls, and other lead generation methods.
• Cold call prospective clients to introduce our laundry services and set up meetings or appointments.
• Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to potential businesses, highlighting the benefits and features of our laundry services and ensuring possible subscriptions.
• Address customer inquiries and concerns, providing detailed information and solutions.

Relationship Building:

• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
• Keep an organized record of customer interactions, feedback, and preferences.

Lead Generation:

• Proactively identify potential sales opportunities through social media marketing and online platforms (i.e. google ads).
• Analyze market trends and customer preferences to tailor sales strategies.

Sales Reporting:

• Prepare and submit regular sales reports, including sales activities, leads generated, and conversion rates.
• Collaborate with the service team and management to evaluate and refine sales strategies.

Customer Support:

• Assist with customer inquiries, concerns, and order placement as needed.
• Ensure excellent customer service and follow up to enhance customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a minimum of OND qualifications with 1 - 3 years work experience.

• As the Growth Lead / Head of Business Operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall business growth and operations of Alpha’s Touch.
• This role requires a proactive leader/manager, who can define and execute strategies to increase market share, improve operational efficiency, and foster a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.

Responsibilities
Strategic Planning:

• Develop, communicate, and execute the company's business growth strategy, ensuring alignment with overall objectives.
• Identify new market opportunities, partnerships, and potential revenue streams.
• Contribute & ensure that the overall business goals & targets of the firm are met.

Operational Excellence:

• Streamline and optimize laundry and dry cleaning operations for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Implement process improvements and initiatives to enhance service quality and customer satisfaction.

Team Leadership:

• Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing operations and growth team.
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation within the department.
• Ensure that each team member gives their optimal contribution to the growth of the company.

Business Development & Customer Experience Enhancement:

• Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with other businesses to expand our customer base.
• Negotiate and secure long-term contracts with corporate clients. This will typically have its own quarterly target.
• Collaborate with the marketing and customer service teams to improve the overall customer experience.
• Gather customer feedback and implement improvements based on their insights.

Financial Management:

• Develop and manage the budget for the marketing and operations departments.
• Monitor financial performance, identify variances, and implement corrective actions.

Compliance and Quality Assurance:

• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and quality standards.
• Implement and oversee quality control measures to maintain a high level of service quality.

Qualifications

• A Degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 2 - 10 years work experience.
• Proven experience in business operations and management, with a track record of driving growth.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and interpretation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with the laundry and dry cleaning industry is a plus.
