    Brand Communications Manager

    SALARY: (Negotiable)

    Key Responsibility

    • Developing, executing, managing and measuring the effectiveness of the communication plan
    • Increasing awareness of the category/product line in an effective manner
    • Executing the brand communications strategy across offline and digital channels. Supervise the quality of creatives and content for social media.
    • Coordinate with Agencies for Marketing and communications related work
    • Developing a media relations plan, seeking high-level placements in print, broadcast and online media
    • Managing media enquiries and interview requests
    • Define key performance indicators for each communications channel which will indicate a campaign's level of success
    • Determine strategic communications campaigns that will help further organizational goals
    • Create internal communications protocols and initiatives that will foster employee morale
    • Monitoring market trends and competitors to identify opportunities and make recommendations regarding the communication strategy
    •  Preparing monthly PR & Content plan and a monthly status update to track plan adherence
    • Represent the organization at events and press conferences
    • Reach out to influencers, media, and beyond in order to arrange story placement
    •  Liaise with regulatory/law enforcement authorities to ensure smooth on ground execution

    Property Acquisition and Lease Manager

    Our client, a leading ISP in Nigeria is seeking to fill the following roles:

    Key Responsibility

    • Provide inspection justifications, selection criteria, inspection parameters, and advance documentation requests.
    • To facilitate all approval from the Lagos State Infrastructure Maintenance Regulatory Agency (LASIMRA)
    • Getting necessary approvals for rollout of fiber in various Estates
    • Identification and acquisition of properties, shops, sites and apartments
    • Run, review, and process monthly Base Rent Increases as required by the Lease
    • Process Certificates of Occupancy - as required
    • Review and process miscellaneous charges billed by Landlord – Obtain appropriate back-up and prepare to check request
    • Prepare check requests and Lease Update forms, etc.
    • Update contacts, new addresses, new ownerships into lease files
    • Request insurance certificates for both New and Established properties, shops or apartments – as needed
    • Maintain Lease Drafts files/folders
    • Other actions as assigned by manager


    • BSc. in Business Administration, Estate Management or other related disciplines
    • At least 5 years work experience in Administration, or as an Estate & Facility manager with a telecoms operator
    • Knowledge of the wider telecoms/ ICT sector
    • Ability to multi-task and work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
    • Excellent inter-personal skills and strong written and communication skills
    • Self-motivated with an ability to work in a small team with limited supervision

    Sales Manager-FIXED LINE

    SALARY: N 200,000 to N 350,000.


    Sales Manager-Fixed Line manages and develop sales of wireless/fixed-line internet solutions to customers in a pre-defined cluster. In addition to their responsibilities for bringing new customers, Sales Manager are custodians for retention and servicing the clients’ needs during their life cycle. They also

    have responsibility to ensure subscription revenue is achieved as per Annual Operations plan for designated coverage clusters.

    The role of Sales Manager-Fixed Line is an executive position and reports to Regional Head/Manager.

    Lead Generation, Lead Management, selling skills and extensive sales knowledge are required to succeed in this position. One also has to have sales experience, particularly in a person-to-person setting.

    • Candidate should have door to door, front line, cold sales and direct sales experience.
    • Age between 30 and 35 Years.
    • Ability to work independently and without supervision
    • Tools- CRM Software, Spreadsheets, Adobe PDF Suite etc.
    • Well-organized and detailed approach to work is an added advantage.
