Property Acquisition & Onboarding Associate at Thinplex Limited

We are looking for Property Acquisition & Onboarding Associates to join our team in Lagos. The role involves identifying prospective property owners and real estate businesses, introducing them to Thinplex, and supporting them through the property onboarding process.
This is a field-based and target-driven role suited to someone who is confident, persuasive, organised and comfortable building relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and engage landlords, property owners, estate agencies, property managers and shortlet operators.
• Introduce prospective users to Thinplex and explain how the platform can support their property operations.
• Visit property businesses and prospective partners within assigned locations.
• Assist landlords and agencies with account registration and property onboarding.
• Guide users through property listing requirements and verification processes.
• Follow up with prospective users until onboarding is completed.
• 'Develop and maintain strong relationships with landlords, agencies and property managers.
• Identify businesses managing multiple properties or units.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, followups and onboarding progress.
• Provide feedback from property owners and agencies to the Thinplex team.
• Meet agreed weekly and monthly acquisition and onboarding targets.

Requirements

• Minimum qualification of OND/NCE. HND or Bachelor's degree is an advantage.
• Previous experience in sales, business development, real estate, field marketing, customer acquisition or a related role is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• 'Confident approaching prospective clients and business owners.
• Good negotiation and relationshipbuilding skills.
• Comfortable using smartphones, web applications and digital tools.
• Selfmotivated and able to work independently towards targets.
• Good organisation and followup skills.
• Familiarity with Lagos and willingness to travel within assigned areas.
• Existing relationships with landlords, estate agents, shortlet operators or property managers will be an advantage.
• Candidates with strong sales ability may be considered even without previous real estate experience.
