    Product Designer

    We are looking for a Product Designer to work on various products we develop for our customers.

    Product Designer responsibilities include defining product specifications, creating digital or print drawings and designing fully-functional products. To be successful in this role, you should have an eye for color and shape and be able to translate requirements into practical product features.

    Ultimately, you will help us build products that are easy to use and visually appealing to our potential customers.

    REPORTING RELATIONSHIP: Administrative Reporting to HR Manager, Functional Reporting to Technical Lead

    Responsibilities

    • Identify opportunities for new products
    • Analyze how a new product ties in with market needs and consumer preferences
    • Set design requirements based on briefs from internal teams and external partners
    • Research materials and techniques
    • Sketch drafts on paper or digitally (for example, using CAD)
    • Use 3D modeling software to design products and components
    • Produce prototypes and test functionality
    • Improve the design of existing products
    • Gather feedback from product users

    Requirements

    • Work experience as a Product Designer or similar role
    • Experience in industrial design
    • Creativity in mixing up colors, shapes and techniques
    • Hands-on experience with computer-aided design (CAD) tools
    • Good knowledge of 3D modeling software
    • Experience with design programs (like Illustrator and Sketch)
    • Time-management skills
    • Adaptability
    • BSc/MSc in Product Design, Manufacturing Design Engineering or relevant field

    As the Growth Associate, you will drive growth and awareness initiatives via community management and data-driven marketing efforts. You'll be responsible for executing creative strategies and marketing campaigns to fuel growth and increase customer engagement.

    • Monitor, analyse, and report on KPIs to ensure marketing initiatives are driving profitable acquisition.

    • Think strategically, analytically, and creatively about new ways to reach customers and increase relevance.

    DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

    • 1+ years of direct, growth-focused experience in digital marketing, consumer tech and startup experience preferred.
    • Experience building a comprehensive digital marketing strategy from the ground up.
    • Proven success managing online marketing programs with CPC, CPA, and CPM cost models on Google, Facebook, Instagram, and content sites.
    • Thorough understanding of various online and offline marketing funnels
    • Experience implementing organic acquisition strategies, including SEO.
    • Strong sense of ownership and determination to get things done.

    We are searching for an innovative technical lead to join our company. As the technical lead, you will oversee the company’s technical team and all projects they undertake, analyze briefs, write progress reports, identify risks, and develop work schedules.     Technical Lead Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
    • Relevant Management certification may be required.
    • Experience in a similar role would be advantageous.
    • Excellent technical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills.
    • Strong leadership and organisational abilities.
    • Willingness to build professional relationships with staff and clients.
    • Excellent communication, motivational, and interpersonal skills.
