Job Objective

• The objective of enterprise risk manager is to develop a holistic, portfolio view of the most significant risks to the achievement of the company’s most important objectives.

Responsibilities

• Establish the Enterprise Risk Management architecture for the company
• Responsible for the leadership, innovation, governance and management to identify, evaluate, mitigate and monitor strategic risks
• Develop and/or implement Enterprise Risk Management tools, practices and policies to analyze and report enterprise risks and to manage these risks according to established framework
• Align company’s risk management policies and strategies with applicable regulations, rating agency standards and overall governance policy
• Monitor all operational risk management activities
• Monitor and analyze risks within the company’s subsidiaries and departments and report on these risks to management
• Responsible for insurance and risk management and/or Business Continuity Planning activities

General Qualification, Experience, Attributes and Skills Required

• A minimum of Bachelor's Degree in Accounting / Finance or other related disciplines with membership of recognized professional bodies within or outside Nigeria
• ACCA/ICAN Associate status is mandatory
• MBA/MSc
• Good knowledge of NAICOM Guidelines.
• A minimum of 10-year post qualification experience with at least 5 years as an Internal Auditor/Risk & Compliance Manager in a reputable organization
• Possess intimate knowledge of internal business processes and industry knowledge
• Innovative leadership skills with ability to build internal and external alliances
• Must be a dynamic, proactive, decisive leader and good team player
• Excellent communication and project management skills
• Demonstrated ability to drive performance among all key stakeholders

Job Objective

• The job holder will effectively coordinate all finance related activities of the company and provide a reliable annual financial report for the company.

Responsibilities

• Providing support for new insights & strategies for effective operations of the company.
• Coordinate the activities (processing & reporting) of the financial operations of the company that will improve on the financial & management reporting.
• Prompt preparation and presentation of the company's annual budget.
• Proper and proactive investment of company funds in line with regulatory and internal requirements, for maximum returns.
• Effective management of relationship with NIA and other regulatory bodies (NAICOM, FIRS and Auditors)
• Ensure that the company's tax liabilities & remittances are correctly reported.
• To ensure effective representation at all Finance committee meetings.

Job Objective

• The Senior Software Developer will be responsible for designing and developing of web and mobile apps/infrastructure.
• He/ She is also responsible for managing the interchange of data between the server and the associated endpoints.
• Our Primary focus is the development of our websites, web apps and mobile app.
• Other important developments will be on all server-side logic, definition and maintenance of databases and integration of multiple data sources and databases into one enterprise system

Technical Skills and Qualifications

• Good knowledge and experience using advanced JavaScript libraries and frameworks, such as
• Familiarity with a relevant and globally supported framework—both front-end and back-end, if necessary - e.g., React, Vue, Node.js, ReactJS/React Native, Angular, flutter, Laravel or Flask
• A relevant back-end programming language, e.g., PHP, Python, Ruby or JavaScript
• Familiarity with databases (e.g. MySQL, Microsoft SQL Server, MongoDB), web servers (e.g. Apache) and UI/UX design
• Database design and management, including being up on the latest practices and associated versions
• Service based applications development (micro services)
• Server management and deployment for the relevant environment
• A relevant front-end programming language (HTML/ CSS, JavaScript, XML, jQuery)
• Proficient understanding of web markup, including HTML5, CSS3
