Job Overview

Responsibilities

• Customer Engagement: Handle incoming calls from customers and clients, providing information and answering inquiries about BetaSMS services.
• Client Outreach: Actively reach out to new and existing customers to build and maintain strong relationships, ensuring they are aware of all the features and benefits of our platform.
• Payment Confirmation: Verify payments made by customers and promptly credit their accounts on the BetaSMS platform.
• Sales & Upselling: Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, helping clients get the most out of our services while driving additional revenue.
• Reporting: Prepare detailed weekly sales reports, highlighting blockers, opportunities, and strategic action plans for the upcoming week and month.

Requirements

• A recent graduate from a recognized university in Nigeria or currently serving as an NYSC corps member.
• Must be residing in Lagos, Nigeria.
• Must be smart, well-presented, and articulate, with a strong work ethic and a passion for sales and customer relations.

Key Responsibilities

• Keeping track and reducing transportation costs of logistics.
• Improving on-time delivery performance.
• Process optimization.
• Customer retention.
• Manage clients/customers information.
• Conduct detailed background checks of Customers & Riders.
• Organize all the collected data and information.
• Conduct verification on matters entrusted within the sales team.
• Timely follow-up and closure of assigned verification checks.
• Work with the customer service team in approving customers order requests and assigning
• Route Planning.
• Maintain customer satisfaction with forward thinking strategies, focused on addressing customer needs and resolving logistics concerns.
• Monitored customer logistics usage trends, market conditions and competitor actions to adjust strategies and achieve sales goals.

Job Requirements

• Candidates should possess a BSc Degree in Social Sciences.
• 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft office.
• Organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work autonomously in a team environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Implement various testing and automation tools, and commission IT Infrastructure.
• Provision, Configure & De-Provision Environments via Automation.
• Define and set development test, release, update, and support processes for DevOps operation.
• Apply troubleshooting techniques and advise on fixing code bugs.
• Ensure developers adhere to defined DevOps processes and update or create new processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Develop appropriate metrics to demonstrate system performance and agility using appropriate monitoring tools to improve operational efficiency
• Identify and deploy cybersecurity measures by continuously performing vulnerability assessment and risk management.
• Recognize and adopt best practices in documentation, testing, security, operations and support at scale and efficient use of resources.
• Perform incidence management and root cause analysis.
• Select and deploy appropriate CI/CD tools.
• Understand teams’ requirements and project KPIs.
• Strive for continuous improvement and build continuous integration, continuous development, and constant deployment pipeline (CI/CD Pipeline).

Job Requirements

• 2-3 years of proven work experience in a similar role.
• BSc in Computer Science and Engineering from a prominent university.
• Experience with CI/CD Platforms (Azure DevOps is a Plus).
• Solid experience with Elastic-search, Data-dog, Sentry.
• Basic system administration and Linux Skills.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Knowledge of security best practices and experience with implementing security controls in DevOps pipelines.
• Experience in configuration management tools (Ansible, Puppet, Chef).
• A smart individual who works well within a team and can take initiative.
