    Civil / Structural Engineer

    Job Description

    • We are looking for an innovative civil/structural engineer to design, develop, and construct a range of projects from conception through to completion. The position requires thorough knowledge of civil/structural design and engineering techniques with exceptional skills in analysis of structures to ensure their safety, stability, and functionality.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Manage, design, develop, create, and maintain construction projects in a safe, timely, and sustainable manner
    • Carry out technical and feasibility studies and draw up blueprints that satisfy technical specifications
    • Perform structural design and analysis calculations using governing codes and standards, engineering formulas, skills, and experience. 
    • Prepare accurate and detailed structural drawings, plans, and specifications that effectively communicate the design intent and facilitate construction.
    • Identify potential risks and hazards associated with structural elements and propose appropriate mitigation measures.
    • Perform field activities such as observing and recording existing field conditions as well as taking and verifying measurements within the project area. 
    • Coordinate work and collaborate closely with professionals such as architects, mechanical engineers, electrical engineers, etc. involved in the design and construction process.
    • Conduct detailed analysis and calculations to assess the structural integrity, stability, and load-bearing capacity
    • Assess the properties and suitability of construction materials, such as steel, concrete, timber, masonry, etc.
    • Design various reinforced concrete, post-tensioned concrete, and steel structures
    • Manage multiple projects and administer contracts by demonstrating capability and experience in managing and performing projects in a fast-paced environment.
    • Proficiency in site layout, grading, utility design, erosion control, regulatory approvals, etc.
    • Proven working experience in civil engineering and project management.
    • Have experience in structural analysis, design, and detailing.
    • Proficiency in the use of drafting software like AutoCAD and MicroStation
    • Proficiency in STAADPro or equivalent finite element analysis software. 
    • Strong understanding of structural analysis software, computer-aided design (CAD) tools, and other relevant structural engineering software.
    • Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Suite.
    • Have a solutions-oriented attitude with strong attention to detail and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
    • Ability to use project management tools like Primavera or Microsoft Project.
    • Project management and supervision skills
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • May assume the lead engineer’s role on assigned projects as well as serve as project engineer on smaller, less complex projects.
    • Participate actively in in-house trainings for capacity building and development

    Job Requirements & Qualifications

    • You have at least two to five years of work experience
    • Must have a minimum of Bachelor’s Degree
    • A minimum of BSc degree in civil engineering with not less than 3 years of working experience in civil or structural engineering.
    • MSc degree in civil engineering and a license as a professional engineer will be an added advantage.

    Office Janitor

    Job Description

    • We are looking for an energetic and experienced individual as a Janitor who will be responsible for maintaining a clean facility by completing a variety of cleaning tasks and keeping the workplace clean, organized and disinfected. Such individual will manage cleaning supplies and report any major maintenance needs within the Organization.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Clean and supply designated building areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning etc.)
