Senior Store Supervisor at JMG

• Senior Store Supervisor will oversee the complete inventory life cycle, including the receipt, storage, issuance, and return of all electromechanical components, spare parts, and finished goods. 
•  Implement and maintain a robust stock management system, ensuring accurate perpetual inventory records through cycle counting and annual physical inventories.
• Enforce strict adherence to all company safety policies and procedures within the store.
• Liaise directly with project managers and field service engineers to understand their material requirements and ensure kitting and staging for specific projects.

REQUIREMENTS.

• Bachelor\'s degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in warehouse supervision, within an engineering industrial automation, or manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated leadership experience, with a track record of successfully managing a team.
