We are looking for a passionate and talented Sales Executive to join our team. The Sales executive will be responsible for driving sales by identifying new clients, managing relationships with existing ones, and closing deals to meet company targets.
Job Responsibilities
Identify new business prospects and generate leads.
Set sales goals and develop sales strategies.
Contact potential and existing customers through calls, emails, and in-person visits.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
Present and demonstrate our products and services to potential customers
Maintain client records and answer client questions about products and services.
Negotiate contracts and agreements to close sales.
Prepare and send quotes and proposals
Maintain accurate client records and track sales progress using CRM software.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market opportunities.
Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to represent the company.
Achieve or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
Provide after-sales support and handle customer inquiries and complaints.
Job Requirements & Qualifications
You have at least two to five years of work experience
Must have a minimum of Bachelor’s Degree
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, economics, or related field.
Minimum of three years working experience in sales and marketing.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent phone and presentation skills.
Good understanding of sales processes and dynamics.
Excellent customer service and sales skills.
Strong time management and organizational skills.
Good negotiation and problem-solving skills
Proficiency with CRM software and other sales tools.
Exceptional ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment.
