    Medical Doctor

    Job Summary

    • Our client is urgently seeking to recruit a Medical Doctor as Chief Superintendent.

    Main Duties and Responsibilities

    • Provide professional-level medical support by carrying out medical services and activities within the limits of their capacity/authority as applicable.
    • Work closely with other medical personnel to ensure the completion of effective and safe procedures.
    • Follow up with patients after completing a surgery to determine its success to ensure recuperation.
    • Responding to medical questions andproviding clinical information.

    Education, Qualifications & Experience

    • Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS)
    • A minimum of ten years post-NYSC work experience.

    Regional Sales Managers (North)

    Responsibilities

    • Effectively manage all the MSRs to achieve all the set goals of the company
    • Initiate strategies that will lead to the company having effective footprint of its product lines across all the open markets, labs, pharmacies, patent medicine vendors and institutions in the territory.
    • Source for new customers and manage the relationships of existing clients ensuring that the customers increase on regular basis.
    • Drive intelligence gathering for deeper knowledge of competitive activities and marketing strategies.
    • Ensure reconciliation of customers’ accounts on regular basis.
    • Experience in sales and marketing of medical equipment is an advantage

    Qualifications

    • B.Pharm or Bachelors Degree / HND in the Sciences like Human Anatomy, Biological Sciences, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Anatomy, Biology, Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry, etc.
    • At least Eight years of medical sales experience, three of which must have been as an Area Sales Manager.

    • Ability to work independently with little supervision.
    • Business Acumen

    • Leadership skills
    • Effective selling skills
    • Communication competence.

    Other Conditions:

    • Candidate must be a passionate Leader and Manager of men
    • They understand the whole rudiments of salesand relationship management process.
    • They must possess competence in detailing, clinical meeting presentations
    • Hardworking, target oriented,with high level of integrity and leadership skills to achieve set targets in theterritory.
    • Ideal candidate should presently have residedin the area of coverage for at least five years.
    • Must age less than 40years
    • Extensive knowledge of key clients and prospects as well as the market dynamics of the territory is compulsory.
