    Service Engineer - Abuja (FCT)

    Job Overview

    • The Service Engineer air Compressors handles installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of industrial air compressors while supervising service technicians.
    • The role combines strong technical competence and sales/customer support optimization, ensuring high service standards and driving aftermarket sales.

    Duties & Responsibilities
    Technical Service & Maintenance:

    • Commission, troubleshoot, inspect, maintain, and repair air compressors and air dryers.
    • Conduct periodic inspections, preventive maintenance, and health checkups to ensure maximum up time of customer equipment.
    • Lead and supervise service technicians, providing both technical guidance and operational support.
    • Ensure proper utilization and allocation of service personnel and resources for optimal efficiency.
    • Monitor and maintain service quality standards, ensuring conformity with agreed service levels and customer expectations.

    • Proven expertise in servicing Oil-Free, Piston, Electric Lubricated, and Portable Air Compressors.

    Technical & Personal Skills:

    • Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills in air compressors and air dryers.
    • Thorough knowledge in air compressor selection, application, installation, commissioning, and maintenance.
