    Regional Sales Manager (Ondo)

    Job Summary

    • The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales performance and implementing sales, marketing, financial, and structural strategies across the assigned region.
    • The role requires regular field visits to customers to meet agreed volume targets, and ongoing engagement with internal sales staff to communicate sales goals, expectations, and market intelligence including competition and customer trends.

    Roles & Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in assigned territories
    • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to meet and exceed sales goals
    • Establish and maintain relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking an experienced Corporate Sales Manager to drive revenue growth by acquiring and managing corporate clients.
    • The ideal candidate will develop sales strategies, close high-value deals, strengthen business relationships, and lead execution to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.

    Key Responsibilities

    • 4 - 6 years of B2B / corporate sales experience in Banking/Insurance or related sectors
    • Demonstrated track record of exceeding sales targets and closing large enterprise deals
    • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
    • Strong analytical ability and knowledge of sales forecasting and budgeting.

    Salary
    N400,000 – N500,000 monthly.
