    Group Cost Optimisation Manager (Client Recruitment)

    Job Summary

    • The Group Cost Optimisation Manager will be responsible across the Group (i.e., including all subsidiaries) for all cost optimisation initiatives.
    • The role will define and drive the strategies, policies and actions that drive efficiencies and leverage synergies across the Group, seeking to ensure, at all times, that the Group's expenses and costs are optimised for best value.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Leads cost optimisation process to identify sustainable cost-saving opportunities and assess their financial impact.
    • Collaborates with cross-functional teams and entities within the Group to ensure cost efficiencies align with overall financial goals of the Group.
    • Provides data-driven insights into cost management, highlighting trends and optimisation opportunities.
    • Coordinates and proactively monitors all cost optimization projects by utilizing easy-to-understand, actionable reports and dashboards.
    • Analyses expenses and cost transactions; ensuring that transactions are recorded accurately and assigned to the appropriate projects and departments.

    Role Requirements

    • First Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Business Administration, Computer Science or Mathematics.
    • MBA or relevant master's degree.
    • Relevant Professional qualifications (CFA, ACA, ACCA, etc.).
    • Minimum of five (5) years’ cognate experience.
