    Chief Executive Officer

    Role Summary

    • The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) will be responsible for shaping and executing the strategic direction of the organisation, ensuring the successful transition from asset acquisition to full-scale production. This role demands a seasoned leader with deep expertise in upstream oil and gas operations, capable of driving value creation across technical, commercial, and stakeholder dimensions.

    Roles & Responsibilities

    • Lead the development and execution of the company’s strategy, ensuring alignment with stakeholder interests and regulatory requirements.
    • Oversee full-cycle E&P operations from appraisal through production and monetisation of reserves.
    • Build, lead, and retain a high-performing management team and ensure proper organisational structure.
    • Represent the company to shareholders, regulatory bodies, partners, host communities, and investors.
    • Ensure strong HSE culture and compliance across the organisation.
    • Drive operational efficiency, cost control, and sustainable profitability.

    Requirements

    • A minimum of 20 years’ experience in the oil and gas industry with at least 5 years in executive leadership.
    • Advanced degree in related discipline. A Master’s degree or relevant professional qualification will be an added advantage.
    • Strong understanding of the Nigerian upstream sector, Production Sharing Contract/Joint Venture, and regulatory environment.
    • A dynamic leader with a proven track record in the Nigerian oil and gas industry, particularly in the upstream sector and has successfully led assets from development through to production.
    • Leadership experience across technical, commercial, and operational functions.

    Head of Engineering and Projects

    Role Summary

    • The Head of Engineering and Projects will be responsible for leading the planning, design, and execution of all engineering and project delivery activities across the organisation. This includes overseeing the development of surface infrastructure, production facilities, and tie-ins required to support efficient and sustainable oil and gas operations. The role demands a technically proficient and commercially aware leader who can manage complex, multi-disciplinary projects from concept through commissioning. The ideal candidate will bring a strong track record in upstream project delivery, a deep understanding of Nigeria’s oil and gas environment, and the ability to drive innovation, cost efficiency, and operational excellence.

    Roles & Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute engineering designs and field development facilities, including surface infrastructure and tie-ins.
    • Lead multi-disciplinary project teams from concept to commissioning, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical standards.
    • Ensure adherence to project schedule, budget, technical specifications, and HSE requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
    • Manage relationships with EPC contractors, vendors, and service providers to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery.
    • Collaborate closely with subsurface, operations, and commercial teams to ensure integrated project planning and execution.
    • Champion engineering innovation, sustainable design practices, and the adoption of new technologies to enhance project outcomes.
    • Oversee project risk assessments, mitigation strategies, and ensure compliance with regulatory and environmental standards.
    • Monitor and report on project performance metrics, including cost, schedule, quality, and safety indicators.
    • Drive continuous improvement in engineering and project management processes, tools, and team capabilities.
    • Build and lead a high-performing engineering and project delivery team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and technical excellence.

    Requirements

    • A minimum of 15 years in upstream oil and gas engineering and project management, with at least 5 years in a leadership position
    • Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Petroleum, or Civil Engineering.
    • Strong project delivery record in Nigeria’s oil and gas environment.
    • Familiarity with Front End Engineering Design (FEED), detailed design, procurement, and construction for onshore/offshore projects.

    Executive Director

    Roles & Responsibilities

    • The Executive Director will provide leadership and direction in the design and execution of the company’s investment banking strategy, ensuring the achievement of operational and financial objectives.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Steer the development and execution of the investment banking strategy, ensuring alignment across departments and teams.
    • Identify and pursue investment banking opportunities with new and existing clients across local, regional, and international markets.
