Maintenance Officer at Class Suites Hotels & Apartments

Responsibilities

• Preventive & Corrective Maintenance: Perform routine inspections and repairs on HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical fixtures, lighting, and kitchen appliances.
• Guest Service: Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests and staff to resolve issues in rooms or public areas.
• Facility Upkeep: Maintain the physical structure, including painting, carpentry, drywall repairs, and exterior landscaping.
• Safety Compliance: Ensure all facilities adhere to health, safety, and fire regulations, including regular checks on safety equipment.
• Reporting & Documentation: Keep accurate logs of maintenance activities, repairs, and inventory of tools and supplies.
• Vendor Coordination: Assist in supervising external contractors for major projects and repairs.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an SSCE / GCE / NECO qualification with 3 - 5 years of work experience.
