    Procurement Intern

    Responsibilities

    • Maintain vendor relationships and track performance.
    • Compare quotes and negotiate prices.
    • Conduct market research on suppliers, pricing, and trends.
    • Monitor inventory levels and replenish stock.
    • Ensure compliance with procurement policies.
    • Prepare procurement reports and analyze data.
    • Maintain procurement files and databases.
    • Provide administrative support to the Procurement team.

    Customer Service Representative

    Job Responsibilities

    • Establish and maintain effective communication with clients through regular meetings, phone calls, and follow-ups.
    • Respond promptly to customer inquiries, providing clear and accurate information about our services.
    • Conduct item inspections for defects and promptly report any issues.
    • Maintain detailed and organized records of all customer interactions and sales activities.
    • Track and monitor shipments to ensure timely updates are provided to clients and internal teams.
    • Efficiently process, pack, and ship orders with a high level of accuracy.
    • Prepare and ensure that all required shipping documentation, including bills of lading and customs paperwork, complies with applicable standards.

    Requirements

    • A BSc / HND in any discipline, preferably in Social Sciences or Business Management.
    • 2 - 3 years of proven experience in customer service or a similar role.
    • Proficiency in Igbo language is an added advantage.
    • Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with diverse clients.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
