    Business Development Officer

    Job Summary

    • The Business Development Officer is responsible for driving business growth by developing new client relationships, managing existing accounts, identifying new market opportunities, and supporting bidding and tender processes. The role focuses on revenue generation, strategic partnerships, client satisfaction, and compliance with QHSE standards in alignment with corporate objectives.

    Key Duties & Responsibilities

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to drive business growth.
    • Identify, recommend, and develop new business opportunities aligned with corporate goals.
    • Research and analyze market trends, growth areas, and income opportunities.
    • Develop and implement tactical strategies to enhance revenue and market penetration.
    • Support sourcing, bidding, and tender processes, working closely with the Bids & Tender team.
    • Initiate and manage partnerships with OEMs and tactical partners.
    • Support external procurement activities and project operations when required.
    • Represent the company at forums, seminars, and industry events to promote AES services.
    • Deliver presentations on AES services to potential and existing clients and maintain presentation records.
    • Prepare business proposals, reports, and activity updates within the Business Development function.

    QHSE Responsibilities

    • Maintain a clean, safe, and hazard-free work environment.
    • Adhere strictly to all organizational health, safety, and environmental policies.
    • Use PPE and safety equipment appropriately at all times.
    • Report faulty or unsafe equipment promptly.
    • Ensure vendor and partner contracts comply fully with HSE requirements.

    Qualifications & Experience
    Education:

    • Bachelors degree in Business Development, Marketing, or a related discipline.

    Experience:

    • Minimum of 4 years experience in business development within the Oil & Gas, Marine, or Energy sectors.
