    Human Resources & Administrative Executive

    Job Overview

    • An experienced HR Assistant to provide administrative and operational support in managing HR functions on a project site such as, recruitment processes, employee relations and maintaining HR records.

    Qualifications

    • Candidates should possess a B.Sc. or equivalent in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 5 years' experience in an HR role, or similar administrative position.
    • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks, maintain records, and work with confidential information.
    • Strong communication skills and attention to details.
    • Familiarity HR software's (HRIS, etc.,) and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).

    Maintenance Technician

    Job Overview

    • The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for keeping our facility (building systems-mechanical, electrical, plumbing, etc.) and equipment running smoothly and safely while responding quickly to maintenance requests and troubleshooting issues.

    Qualifications

    • Candidates should possess an HND, Trade Certification, or a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Maintenance, or related disciplines. A Trade Test III qualification is a plus.
    • Minimum of 3 years' proven experience in a similar technical or maintenance role, preferably within a Facility Management company in either a residential or commercial environment.
    • Good working knowledge of electrical maintenance, generator servicing, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (for logging maintenance records and reports)
    • Excellent skill in mathematical computations and data handling.

    Human Resources Coordinator

    Job Overview

    • This role is responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations on a Project site, such as onboarding recruitment, compensations, benefits, talent acquisition, performance management, conflict resolution, legal compliance and other employee relations while ensuring alignment with the company's business objectives.

    Qualifications

    • Candidates should possess a B.Sc. Degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field is required. Masters in human resource, business administration or relevant certifications (e.g., CIPM, SHRM, PHR, etc.,) is an added advantage.
    • Minimum of 8 years' professional experience in an HR role, talent management or similar leadership roles.
    • Strong understanding of employment laws, regulations, diversity, and inclusion practices.
    • Proven leadership capability in conflict management.
    • Analytical thinker with the ability to align HR initiatives with the company's operational goals.
    • Possess sound analytical skills, keen eye for detail and ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
    • Strong relationship, communication, and project management skills. 
    • Proficiency in HR software's (HRIS, SAP, etc.,) and Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc..)
