    CNG Systems Specialist (Technician)

    Role Overview

    • The CNG Systems Specialists will perform vehicle conversions, diagnostics, and maintenance, ensuring that vehicles operate safely and efficiently on CNG.

    Key Responsibilities
    Vehicle Conversion:

    • Install CNG kits in vehicles, ensuring compliance with technical and safety standards.
    • Conduct diagnostics to verify the functionality of installed systems.
    • Perform routine inspections and adjustments to maintain performance.

    Equipment Maintenance:

    • Maintain tools and equipment used for vehicle conversions.
    • Report technical issues and assist in repairs when necessary.

    Customer Interaction:

    • Explain conversion processes and safety protocols to customers.
    • Provide post-conversion support, addressing any technical concerns.

    Safety Compliance:

    • Adhere to all safety protocols during installation and maintenance activities.
    • Participate in regular safety training programs.

    Qualifications

    • Diploma in Automotive Engineering or a related field.
    • Experience with vehicle diagnostics and CNG kit installations is preferred.
    • Strong technical aptitude and attention to detail.
    • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
    • Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and make decisions effectively.

    Project Contract Administrator

    Responsibilities

    • Manage the full lifecycle of project contracts, including drafting, review, negotiation, execution, and administration.
    • Ensure contracts comply with company policies, legal requirements, and industry best practices.
    • Maintain accurate and organized contract files and databases.
    • Monitor contract performance and identify potential risks or issues.
    • Prepare and process contract modifications, amendments, and renewals.
    • Collaborate with project managers, legal counsel, and other stakeholders to resolve contract-related matters.
    • Track contract deliverables, milestones, and payment schedules.
    • Prepare contract reports and summaries for management review.
    • Assist in the development and implementation of contract management procedures.
    • Attend project meetings and accurately record key discussions, decisions, and action items.
    • Prepare clear, concise, and well-organized meeting minutes in a timely manner.
    • Maintain a log of all meeting minutes and related documents.
    • Track action items and follow up on their completion.
    • Assist with scheduling and coordinating project meetings.
    • Manage and maintain project documentation.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project contract administrationin an EPCI company.
    • Proven experience in taking accurate and comprehensive meeting minutes.
    • Strong knowledge of contract law and contract management principles.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Detail-oriented and able to maintain accuracy under pressure.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality.

    Qualifications

    • Proven experience 3- 5 years in business development or a related role, preferably within the oil and gas industry.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and convincingly.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
    • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with a strong attention to detail.
