    Sales Executive / Growth Officer

    About the Role

    • We are looking for a results-driven Sales Executive to lead business development, drive client engagement, and support company-wide growth initiatives.
    • In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and closing business opportunities, managing client relationships, and delivering high-impact product presentations and demos that convert prospects into long-term partners.

    Responsibilities

    • 2–5 years of proven experience in corporate sales, business development, account management, or a similar client-facing role within a target-driven environment.
    • Demonstrated ability to grow a customer or user base, increase client engagement, and improve conversion rates through effective sales and relationship-building strategies.
    • Strong project management skills, with the capacity to handle multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines efficiently.

    Role Summary

    • As they continue to scale, our client is seeking a high-performing Executive Assistant who will serve as a trusted right-hand partner to the CEO and help drive operational and strategic priorities.
    • The Executive Assistant to the CEO will serve as a strategic partner and proxy, providing both high-level administrative and operational support.
    • She will manage the CEO’s time, communications, and priorities, while also liaising with internal teams, high-value clients, vendors, and fabric suppliers.
    • The ideal candidate must be tech-savvy, emotionally intelligent, highly articulate, and capable of independently representing the CEO at important meetings and negotiations.

    Key Responsibilities
    Executive & Strategic Support:

    • Membership in a recognized HR professional body such as CIPM, SHRM, or equivalent (active membership is required).
