    Production Scheduler

    Production schedulers use their knowledge of the production process and reports to create daily and weekly production schedules. They must also be able to comprehend reports and make recommendations about where improvements can be made.

    By effective scheduling of resources, production schedulers help ensure that company objectives are achieved and that all deadlines are met. They must be able to multitask and provide quick responses to production problems. As issues may be unforeseen, Production Schedulers must know how to shift resources and ensure optimisation of resources.

    Description

    Coordinate And Develop Production Schedules:

    • Create and maintain schedules using resources in most efficient way. These schedules are created on a daily basis or a weekly one (depending on the need). This is done so that goals can be met and a product can be rolled out. To do their job, production schedulers take note of inventory levels, as well as facilitate the provision of materials and components.
    • Keep eyes on the production process and implement process improvements.
    • Provide quick responses to production issues.
    • Responsible for communicating daily attainment data, as well as communicating weekly output reliability
    • Analyze past and present data to inform and/or advise stakeholders
    • Prepare and optimize the operational (1-13 weeks) planning for part of the company’s product portfolios.

    Production Inventory Management:

    • Communicate plants needs regularly.
    • Order and stock adequate materials to avoid any shortages.
    • Ensure that materials are prearranged for production
    • Coordinate with production, material planning and finance teams to develop and maintain scheduling parameters.

    Stakeholders Management:

    • Lead weekly operational supply meetings.
    • Collaborate and communicate constructively with the relevant stakeholders (supply network planners, raw material planners, plant staff, project owners/leads, etc).
    • Provide relevant support for Production & Materials Planner.

    Reporting:

    • Develop weekly production status and other reports as may be required for information, analytical support and decision-making.
    • Prepare and provide weekly input into Operational S&OP meetings.

    Junior Brand Manager

    The Junior Brand manager should be a consumer champion with good knowledge of the Marketing 4Ps. Should be able to execute the vision, strategy and key initiatives of the brand.  

    This role will be responsible for development, launch and analysis of marketing campaigns including facing promotion, new products and communication to ensure cross-functional alignment, drive key brand metrics and administration with the marketing functions. 

    This role plays a key supporting role in the development and implementation of the integrated Brand Marketing Plan to achieve short and long-term business goals by providing the required administrative and marketing support to the Senior Brand Manager. The role assists in the brand’s day to day operational activities including monitoring of brand performance on a monthly and quarterly basis. 

    The role is expected to build productive working relationship with Category Channel Development team,  Digital Media & Insight team, Global & Regional category teams, Finance and Supply Chain to manage the brand’s day to day operations
