    Corporate Sales Executive

    Job Responsibilities
    Corporate Business Development:

    • Identify new business, channel opportunities and customer needs in the region to ensure business growth.
    • Explore, develop, and maintain strategic relationships with key accounts.
    • Negotiate with potential Accounts/Customers, special deals, pricing, timing, and service compensation in line with Echolab policy.

    Corporate Sales:

    • Responsible for total corporate sales results for the region.
    • Manage and coordinate on-ground corporate activities for the organization including getting data from other centers to support activities.
    • Maintain a healthy funnel of opportunities to be closed month on month – HMOs, Private Hospitals/companies, Public Hospitals, and Diagnostics Centers etc.

    Account / Relationship Management:

    • Provide input for the corporate business planning exercise: market trends, competitor behavior, potential projects, and other relevant business information of the Healthcare Diagnostics Industry.
    • Develop and maintain up-to-date market intelligence on available/potential opportunities, competition, threats within the region and report same promptly.
    • Maintain a healthy database of accounts and ensure optimal relationship management of key clients for the business.

    Administration / Team Management:

    • Timely preparation of periodic reports weekly, monthly, or otherwise required.
    • Effectively managing the corporate sales agents in line with established Performance Management principles.

    Job Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Medical or related Sciences, Business Management or Marketing
    • 3-6 years of Business development working experience in the healthcare sector. Preferably diagnostics.
    • Healthcare Industry Knowledge
    • Solution corporate selling skills and key account management.
    • Business Communication/Presentation Skills.

    Sonographer

    Job Responsibilities

    • Operate ultrasound imaging equipment to produce clear and informative diagnostic images.
    • Review images to ensure quality and identify any abnormalities that may require further investigation.
    • Prepare patients for ultrasound examinations by explaining procedures, positioning them comfortably, and applying ultrasound gel.
    • Maintain detailed patient records, documenting examination findings and technical parameters.
    • Communicate effectively with physicians and other healthcare professionals, providing preliminary exam results and observations.
    • Adhere to strict safety protocols and maintain a sterile environment.
    • Stay up to date on the latest advancements in ultrasound technology and procedures.
    • May perform additional duties as assigned, which could include assisting with research projects or training new staff.

    Job Requirements

    • First Degree in Radiography
    • PGD in ultrasound
    • 2-4 years of previous experience as a Sonographer.
    • Radiation Safety certification or any relevant certification will be an added advantage
    • A license to practice.
    • Observes confidentiality both with patient information and co-workers.
    • Ability to connect with several types of patients.

    Treasury Officer

    Job Description

    • Independent review of all support documents of all vendors and non-vendors payments forwarded by the Accounts Payables Officer before payment execution.
    • And escalations of all exceptions.
    • Daily reconciliation of Branch Cash revenues against actual bank collections through POS and direct bank transfers, and escalations of any exceptions to Finance Manager.
    • Monthly movement of revenues from LMS to SAP, including third part engagements and reconciliation of values between both software on or before 3rd working day succeeding the reporting month.
    • Liaison with Company's banking relationship officers and managing all correspondence with the bank, including issuance of instructions for accounts updates, negotiations of rates for foreign exchange, time deposits etc.
    • Monitoring all bank mandates and ensuring timely update of bank mandates in line with Company's board resolutions.

    • Posting of all cash collections through transfers, bank deposits and POS across banks and branches on SAP.
    • Posting on SAP of treasury-related transactions such as bank charges, time deposits, interests, capital injections, foreign currency gain etc.
    • Extraction of credit collections from bank statements and communication of same to the Credit Control and other teams concerned before 12:00pm every Friday.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
    • Minimum of 2-4 years’ experience in similar role.
    • ICAN or related certification.
    • Excellent report writing & communication skills.
    • Strong Analytical skills towards smart business decision
    • Vast knowledge of capital investment opportunities
    • Knowledge of cashflow management
    • SAP Knowledge
