    Dispatch Rider

    Key Responsibilities

    • Perform maintenance tasks such as painting, electrical repairs, equipment servicing, and landscaping.
    • Work autonomously while ensuring compliance with all safety regulations.
    • Maintain the buildings and common areas in optimal condition.
    • Coordinate with the Store Manager for daily maintenance activities.
    • Request necessary parts promptly to address maintenance needs.
    • Conduct routine checks on diesel, gas, water levels, and prepaid meter readings.
    • Inspect and maintain store electrical and mechanical equipment.
    • Monitor cold room and walk-in freezer temperatures at hourly intervals.
    • Ensure the safety and functionality of all maintenance tools, equipment, and parts.
    • Address and resolve maintenance complaints in a timely manner.
    • Adhere to and execute preventive maintenance schedules.
    • Perform emergency repairs as needed.
    • Inspect and repair mechanical systems to maintain compliance with safety regulations.
    • Maintain electrical systems, including replacing bulbs, sockets, and repairing circuit breakers.
    • Assist in the installation and repair of ventilation, refrigeration, heating, and plumbing systems.
    • Conduct manual repairs such as fixing locks and replacing windows.
    • Perform general upkeep tasks, including painting, carpentry, and landscaping.
    • Execute any other duties as assigned by the Line Manager.

    Requirements & Qualifications

    • Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
    • Basic knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems.
    • Experience in general maintenance and repair processes.
    • Proficiency in using tools, appliances, and maintenance equipment.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and manual dexterity.
    • Good physical condition and ability to work extended hours when required.

    Workshop Associate

    Job Description

    • The Workshop Associate is responsible for overseeing and managing the workshop’s spare parts inventory and fleet-related supplies. 
    • The role ensures optimal stock levels, timely fulfillment of spare parts requests, coordination with vendors, and effective workshop operations. 
    • The Associate plays a critical role in supporting vehicle maintenance efficiency through data-driven insights and operational excellence in stock and vendor management.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage day-to-day operations of the workshop, including inventory and fleet supply control.
    • Maintain accurate records of all stock movements and spare parts inventory.
    • Fulfill spare parts requests from internal teams in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Track and analyze vehicle repair and maintenance trends to inform procurement and reduce downtime.
    • Liaise with approved vendors to ensure timely delivery of quality supplies and negotiate for the best terms.
    • Conduct periodic stock audits and reconcile discrepancies.
    • Monitor inventory levels and generate reorder alerts based on usage and lead times.
    • Ensure proper storage, labelling, and shelf-life tracking of all parts and consumables.
    • Support cost-control initiatives through inventory optimization and vendor negotiations.
    • Prepare and submit regular reports on inventory status, usage patterns, and workshop KPIs.
    • Collaborate with the fleet maintenance and procurement teams to align parts availability with repair schedules.
    • Enforce compliance with safety, quality, and company policies in all workshop operations.

    Qualifications & Experience

    • Proven experience in inventory control and store management, preferably within a logistics or automotive environment.
    • Solid understanding of vehicle parts and components.
    • Experience managing vendor relationships and supply chain negotiation.
    • Working knowledge of data analysis tools for inventory trend analysis.
    • Exposure to project management and the ability to execute workshop improvement initiatives.
    • Ability to interpret technical repair data and translate into actionable supply decisions.
    • Strong coordination and communication skills to work across departments. Familiarity with fleet management systems and GPS technologies.

    3PL Associate

    Job Description

    • The 3PL Associate plays a key role in managing and coordinating third-party logistics operations to ensure efficient, cost-effective, and timely movement of goods. 
    • This role involves working closely with external 3PL providers, internal teams, and customers to ensure accurate order fulfillment, inventory accuracy, and service level adherence.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Coordinate daily operations with 3PL service providers including shipping, receiving, and inventory management.
    • Monitor 3PL performance against service level agreements (SLAs), KPIs, and contract terms.
    • Resolve logistics issues such as shipment delays, damaged goods, or inventory discrepancies in coordination with 3PL partners.
    • Track and report on order fulfillment, shipping accuracy, and delivery timelines.
    • Maintain accurate records of inbound and outbound shipments and inventory levels.
    • Assist with logistics process improvement initiatives and cost-reduction strategies.
    • Support audits and compliance checks related to 3PL operations.
    • Communicate with internal stakeholders (procurement, customer service, warehouse) to ensure alignment with logistics activities

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business, or related field.
    • 2+ years of experience in logistics, warehouse, or supply chain operations (3PL experience preferred).
    • Familiarity with WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) and ERP platforms.
    • Understanding of freight, transportation, and warehouse operations.
    • Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and logistics software/tools.
