    HR Specialist

    JOB SUMMARY:

    • Data2Bots, an IT Consulting Company is seeking a qualified Human Resources Specialist who will be responsible for managing various aspects of human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits, and HR policy implementation.
    • You will also play a key role in ensuring that Data2Bots attracts, develops, and retains top talent while fostering a positive and inclusive work culture.

    SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS, AND REQUIREMENTS:

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
    • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Human Resources Generalist or in a similar HR role.
    • Strong knowledge of local labour laws and regulations.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work with confidential information and maintain a high level of professionalism.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle employee relations issues effectively.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and extending offers.
    • Collaborate with the hiring team to ensure timely and successful onboarding of new employees
    • Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
    • Assist in the development and implementation of performance management programs.
    • Guide managers on performance feedback, goal-setting, and performance improvement plans.
    • Conduct performance evaluations and provide recommendations for promotions, transfers, and terminations.
    • Identify training and development needs within the organisation and coordinate training programs.
    • Assist in the administration of compensation and benefits programs, including salary reviews, bonuses, and benefits enrollment.
    • Conduct market research and benchmarking to ensure competitive compensation packages.

    Sales and Growth Manager-Academy

    • The Data2Bots Academy is  a learning and development platform, where people are trained on in-demand data skills.
    • To be successful in this role, you should demonstrate extensive experience and knowledge in B2C sales and growth. 

    SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

    • Bachelor's Degree in any Business related field or Marketing, or similar.
    • Previous experience as a Growth Associate or Sales and Growth Manager in an Edtech is a plus
    • Advanced knowledge of B2C sales and growth strategy.
    • Experience in identifying profitable B2C sales opportunities and potential customers.
    • Strong analytical skills
    • Strategic thinker with the capacity to identify opportunities, analyze challenges and propose innovative solutions.
    • Proficiency in using CRM software or sales analytics tools.

    • Develop a database of current and prospective clients
    • Drive sales and registration for various career paths within the Academy
    • Developing client relationships and strengthening industry partnerships.
    • Identifying new B2C clients by researching and creating networking opportunities.
    • Negotiating and closing business deals that promote sustained revenue.
    • Liaising with Sales, Marketing, and Management to align strategies aimed at increasing revenue.
    • Analyze sales performance metrics, generate reports and provide regular updates to the management.
    • Build and maintain a comprehensive and organized client database using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
    • Regularly review and analyze key performance metrics to measure progress and identify areas for improvement
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless execution of sales and growth initiatives.

    Finance Specialist

    SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS, AND REQUIREMENTS

    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
    • Professional certifications such as ACA, CPA, CFA, or ACCA preferred.
    • Proven experience in financial management, accounting, and analysis, preferably in the IT industry.
    • Strong understanding of financial principles, practices, and regulations.

    • Ensure compliance with financial regulations, policies, and procedures, and provide guidance to the organization on financial matters.
    • Develop and maintain financial models, tools, and processes to support financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.
    • Conduct financial analysis and cost-benefit analysis to evaluate the financial impact of business initiatives and provide recommendations for improvement.
    • Monitor and analyze key financial performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics to assess the financial health of the organization and identify areas for improvement.
    • Support the annual budgeting process, including the development of budget guidelines, coordination with departments, and preparation of budget reports and presentations.
    • Provide guidance and support to the finance team, including mentoring, training, and performance evaluation.
    • Collaborate with external auditors and tax consultants to ensure timely and accurate completion of audits and tax filings.
